Special Containment Procedures: SCP-90324 must be contained at Site-██ in a steel cube surrounding a 5x5x5x standard humanoid containment cell designated SCP-90324-1 and should be guarded by 2 security guards at all times. All unautherized personnel attempting to enter SCP-90324-1 are to be immediately terminated or otherwise disciplined. Testing of SCP-90324 must be authorized by a researcher with level 3 clearance or higher. Video survilleance is to be used to ensure SCP-90324 is still in the containment cell. Audio of SCP-90324 and SCP-90324-1 must not be recorded, unless approved by a researcher with level 3 clearance or higher. Any type of microphones or sound recording inside SCP-90324 must be destroyed and should not be listened, to prevent an instance of SCP-90324-2. All Personnel found to be in possesion of unapproved audio logs are to be immediately terminated or otherwise disciplined.
Description: SCP-90324 is a 65 year old male, white hair, green eyes, a pair of glasses, and without any visible ethnicity. SCP-90324 was found the ██/██/20██ in the city of Los Angeles, after various reports of missing people, and the suicide of 2 police officers.
SCP-90324-1 is the entire room where SCP-90324 is, and any human, or animal within SCP-90324-1 appears to hypnotized for something that SCP-90324 says for 5 minutes, after the subject listens to SCP-90324, it's classified as an instance of SCP-90324-2.
SCP-90324-2 will not present any kind of anomalous effects until 10-15 minutes after being exposed to SCP-90324, after this period, the subject will attempt to either kill itself, or try to harm others, specially other instances of SCP-90324-2, but not always anomalous effects are present on the subject, an average of 8 out of 10 Instances of SCP-90324-2 present effects after exposure, the other 2 may take longer to present this effects, and in the case that no violent move is presented after the lapse of 2 years, the subject must be reclassified and should no longer be considered an instance of SCP-90324-2.
Additional Notes: Deaf subjects are not affected by SCP-90324, but said subjects should not stay on exposure of the therapist for longer than 1 hour.
Addendum-90324-A: D-64265 enters SCP-90324-1, SCP-90324 immediately reacted to the subject, and begins to say something to him, after 14 minutes of exposure, SCP-90324-2 is released and gets escorted back to his cell, when SCP-90324-2 tried to attack one of the guards, and was immediately terminated by the others.
Addendum-90324-B: D-43726 was given a camera with a microphone, and then entered SCP-90324-1, after 16 minutes he came out, and researchers took away the camera, 10 minutes later SCP-90324-2 commited suicide on his cell, D-58924 was ordered to listen to the video and audio log, with a screen and a pair of headphones, after the session recorded ended, SCP-90324-2 tried to kill himself with the corner of a table, guards entered the room and got attacked by SCP-90324-2, subject was terminated by the security personnel.
Addendum-90324-C: D-214564, a 34 male, and deaf, entered SCP-90324-1, there was no reaction of SCP-90324, not even a stare, and this silence continued for 20 minutes, without any movements of SCP-90324, D-214564 claims that "He was just looking at the wall and ignoring everything i was doing, it was creppy"
Incident-90324-1: During a Containment Breach at Site-██, SCP-90324 somehow manages to escape the containment cell, and started to lurk on the lockdowned facility, 5 MTF guards were sighted by SCP-90324 and are within SCP-90234-1, all of them immediately stopped any movement and just stared at SCP-90324, later found out all 5 guards with multiple bullet wounds of the same caliber as their weapons. SCP-90324 returned by itself to his containment cell.
