Suspicious shapeshifter

SCP-4000 is an unknown anomalous object that can become any solid/liquid.It is to be contained in a medium size glass cube for analysis. It’s original form is about 2 1/2 meters in diameter and .25 meters in thickness. The last testing was in [Extracted] By Dr.,and Dr.*.It was found in a trash bin in **//91.
It’s currently at site 68.In case of a containment breach, it is to be let free, because it cannot be able to harm anyone,but if person/property is damaged by SCP-4000it is to return to its containment cell for further testing.

More information is classified/ or is unknown about SCP-4000 until testing has been completed.
