Special Containment procedures: Scp-XXXX is to be contained in a specialized sound-proofed containment cell containing a grand piano manufactured in 1973. Two guards are to remain outside the cell at all times. The subject is to be provided with any requested books relating to any form of music or music history. Subject is also to be given a sketchbook and pens for means of communication.
Description: SCP-XXXX was discovered in 19XX in [REDACTED] mental hospital in [REDACTED] TX. The Foundation was first aware of XXXX after several of the medical staff claimed that all patients were cured from their mental disorders. All of the patients had claimed that they heard their favorite song and felt cured after it had ended. One of the stranger details of this incident is that all patients had heard a different song depending on the person. The Foundation then dispatched MTF Eta-11 (“Savage Beasts”) and MTF Lota-10 (“Damn Feds”) to investigate. Scp-XXXX is a 17 year old Caucasian male of German-American descent. Subject has medium length brown hair, hazel eyes, and is approximately 185cm in height.
The subject prefers to be referred as [REDACTED] however site personally are to refrain from referring to subject as so. XXXX has been confirmed to be blind and how the subject is able to accurately find its path is unknown. Whether XXXX is capable of speech without singing is unknown. It is theorized that XXXX is able to communicate telepathically however further research is required. Anomalous properties take action whenever any persons within a 10ft radius is experiencing any form of emotional distress. SCP-XXXX is able to sense said distress and is somehow able to beckon the distressed individual towards them no matter the individual's mental state or condition. Upon the individual reaching XXXX it will proceeds to play the said individuals favorite song on the piano, no matter what genre of music it is playing. D-Class personnel who have been exposed have claimed to feel an overwhelming sense of happiness and contentment after the experience.

Subject: D-16389
Description: Caucasian male approximately 45 years of age. Subject recently learned that his mother had passed and was suffering from mild depression.
Event: Upon reaching SCP-XXXX the scp proceeded to play “Ride The Lightning” by Metallica in a soft and calming tune as stated by D-16398.
Subject: D-1127
Desc: Latino female approximately 28 years of age.
Subject is diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
Event: Upon reaching SCP-XXXX the scp proceeded to play “There You Go” by P!nk.
D-1127 eventually fell asleep and was noted to have smiled through her entire nap.
Subject: Dr.Ellis Connors Caucasian female approximately 32 years of age.
Desc: Dr.Connors had been involved in mass breach of site [REDACTED] and was of the few to survive. The Doctor suffers from PTSD, Anxiety, and Suicidal tendencies following the catastrophe.
Event: Upon reaching SCP-XXXX the scp proceeded to leave the piano and sit next to Dr.Connors. XXXX then begins to braid the Doctors hair and sing an unfamiliar melody, shortly following Dr.Connors had begun to smile and sing along to the melody. After the test concluded Dr.Connors claimed the song to be one her mother sang whilst braiding Dr.Connors hair when she was a young girl.
Subject: Agent Liam Ohalo, MTF Apollo-3 “Game Wardens
Desc: Agent Ohalo was diagnosed with severe PTSD after the events of the SCP-1730 extraction.
Event: Upon reaching SCP-XXXX the scp proceeded to play “Nothing Compares 2 U” written by Prince however this version was exact to that played by the Chris Cornell. Agent claims to be rather fond of this song.
Note: After SCP-XXXX finished the song personnel overseeing the experiment claimed that Agent Ohalo started to cry and proceeded to give XXXX a hug and a thank you. SCP-XXXX accepted the embrace and gave a slight smile.
Subject: Unnamed child of European-African descent approximately 2 years of age.
Desc: Child was brought into foundation custody after Senior Researcher [REDACTED] had committed double homicide by killing himself and his wife.The child was brought into foundation custody shortly after.
Event: Upon the subject being brought to SCP-XXXX the scp turned around in its chair and upon seeing the child XXXX turned back around. After 5 minutes of no interaction the child was removed from the containment chamber.
Note: shortly after the experiment had concluded SCP-XXXX proceeds to play “Piano Man” by Billy Joel ina very loud manner. After approximately 00:39 seconds had passed the entirety of the facility personnel had gathered around and In SCP-XXXX’s cell and begun singing along to the melody. Video footage shows that all the while SCP-XXXX was singing it had been crying.
