Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a windowless container at all times. When personnel enter SCP-XXXX's container they are to wear complete bodysuits, covering any indication of gender or ethnicity. Personnel's faces must be covered at all times, and are prohibited to speak. If possible, any Personnel who enter must be in there as short a time as possible.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an adult Caucasian male, appearing to be in his late 30s to 40s. SCP-XXXX barely speaks, and mainly only does so when thanking personnel for meals. SCP-XXXX's nature appears calm and collected, but incredibly shy, which may be a result of his anomaly.
On most known instruments from the time period of the 90s to early 2000s that uses radio waves has an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a radio channel tuned in to SCP-XXXX's life. Radios and stereo players when tuned in to station (???) will play the sound of his breathing and any background noises. TVs when tuned into channel (???) will play live footage of SCP-XXXX and will display through a range of angles, eventually displaying the entire surroundings to public view. An increase in 'scenarios' will arise once tuned in, ranging from bad luck, to life endangerment. It is mandatory SCP-XXXX is kept contained for his own safety as well as the general public's. However, this is risky as the public can view SCP-XXXX's surroundings and could identify personnel and locations.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX was found in Paris, France after a hotel burned down spontaneously. On an unrelated note, due to the nature of this anomaly, interaction between SCP-XXXX and SCP-096 must never happen.
