Special Containment Procedures: The entity is surrounded by a razor-wire fence with mounted cameras. When any Non-foundation person is seen entering Scp-XXXX, any civilians within a 1km radius are temporarily evacuated. Armed guards stand at the entrance of the being, warding off animals and curious civilians from entering.
Description: Scp-XXXX is an old rusting playground. Sitting in the middle is a rusty merry-go-round that seems to have a hypnotic effect on certain humans. The merry-go-round should be treated as Scp-XXXX-01. Once every two lunar cycles a person is drawn to Scp-XXXX-01. While under the hypnotic spell, they seem to not notice pain and/or any attempts to stop them. As they approach the playground, the victims are noted to become more violent. If they manage to access the playground, the civilian immediately walks to the merry-go-round and stands on it. The person then spins Scp-XXXX-01. When Scp-XXXX-01 stops, the hpynotic effect has been broken.

Addendum: Investigations are being done to figure out exactly how Scp-XXXX choses and attracts its victims. No conclusive evidence has been presented yet.
