Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is a building located in ███████, Massachusetts. The building and the surrounding town has been purchased by the Foundation and turned into Site ██. Four D-Class personnel are assigned to monitoring the building via camera surveillance. They will work in pairs monitoring footage in twelve-hour shifts. If any unauthorized personnel enter SCP-XXXX, or exit SCP-XXXX they will be terminated. If any entity exits the building they will detained by Mobile Task Force [UNFINISHED DRAFT] and will be immediately questioned by Dr. Alice ██████.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a building made of black granite, it is 88 meters tall, has one entrance, no exits, and no windows. The singular entrance is an automatic sliding door made of glass. Above the entrance is a sign made of blocky white letters that reads: “Department of Destiny”. Explorations of SCP-XXXX have resulted in recordings of its interior.
Inside the first floor of SCP-XXXX are approximately four gray cubicles, a waiting room with one brown sofa, a single water fountain, a testing room, three houseplants, one fish tank, and a processing room. There are several unnamed rooms and an elevator. Attempts to explore the many floors above, and the many floors below, have been met with hostility from SCP-XXXX-5 and SCP-XXXX-6. An attempt to forcefully enter these areas has been recommended by Dr. Alice ██████, her request awaits the approval of the 05 council.
SCP-XXXX has six humanoid inhabitants referred to as SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-6. The inhabitants are friendly, with the exception of SCP-XXXX-5 who repeats the phrase “I wish my shift was over”, and has been rude to all exploration parties. Upon entering the building, subjects and task forces have been greeted by SCP-XXXX-1, who will politely request documentation for a process they call Replacement. Failing to meet this request, the exploration party is asked to leave and return once they have proper documentation. Presenting SCP-XXXX-1 with proper documentation, she will bring the subject(s) into the testing room.
The testing room has four computers of an unknown brand, and is closed off from the rest of the office-like building. The test will ask the subject(s) a series of twenty-five questions about Replacement, questions have ranged from fines for breaking the laws of Destiny, to the subject(s) self-evaluating themselves. Failing the test will result in SCP-XXXX-5 escorting the subject(s) off the premises while insulting said subject(s). Passing the test will result in SCP-XXXX-2 bringing the subject(s) into the processing room. All video equipment cuts out at this point, and no subject(s) has returned from the processing room. Interviews conducted on SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-XXXX-4 have given further insight into Replacement and the processing room, if their statements are to be believed, then the security of the Foundation may be at risk.
Addendum:
As of 12/8/2019, three exploration parties have entered SCP-XXXX, and interviews have been conducted on SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-XXXX-4.
