Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard safe holding box in Site-19. (See incident report XXXX-A) SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a sealed memory-foam padded box in Site 19.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a pen 8.2 centimeters long, weighing 13 grams, and comprised of an indeterminate malleable silvery metal alloy with what appears to be brass trim. When SCP-XXXX takes damage or its shape is altered, it slows time in a 1 meter radius and rewinds it, the end result being that any matter that was within the range of effect at the instant SCP-XXXX was altered returns to its original position and loses all momentum. If SCP-XXXX is moved directly after being altered, all affected matter teleports to the correct position relative to it. SCP-XXXX was discovered after reports of a man being sliced cleanly in half reached Foundation agents embedded in the Brooklyn Police Department, who quickly took it into Foundation custody, incinerated the body, and fabricated a cover story, saying that the man was killed in a house fire. SCP-XXXX’s anomalous property was discovered when an agent bumped it off of a counter and was killed immediately. The tip and ink chamber are missing from SCP-XXXX, and it is believed to have been constructed without them, however, Foundation agents are instructed to report any information on the whereabouts of the missing components to Dr. Soong.

SCP-XXXX has been moved to a more secure cell after an unanticipated earthquake shook SCP-XXXX out of its box, causing 2 shelving units to fall and causing a considerable mess.
Testing log XXXX-1
Subject: D-1746, Female, 35 yrs.
Subject was instructed to pick up SCP-XXXX and smash it against the table. Subject did as instructed, SCP-XXXX was dented in a manner that could be expected of a pen made from balsa wood. The anomalous effect was triggered, and the subject was killed instantly.
Testing log XXXX-2
Subject: D-2733, Male, 52 yrs.
Subject was given a .22 caliber handgun and instructed to shoot SCP-XXXX from 15 meters. Subject hit the target after 4 attempts and the effect was triggered as expected. The bullet fell to the ground less than a centimeter away from SCP-XXXX.
