Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4430 is willingly contained within a 7m x 7m cell furnished with a bed, desk and a bookcase (as requested by SCP-4430). SCP-4430 is allowed restricted roaming of Site ████ with a minimum of two escort guards and has been granted permission to converse and discuss with staff it encounters.
SCP-4430 is not to be given information on or interact with other SCP objects classed Euclid unless explicitly approved by Site Director or higher (See Addendum 4430-A). SCP-4430’s cell must be monitored 24/7, with guards on monitor duty changing shifts every 7 hours, and the door to SCP-4430’s cell must have at least one armed guard guarding the entrance to SCP-4430's cell at all times.
All staff are allowed to enter and converse with SCP-4430, but SCP-4430 is not allowed to request to see specific personnel (See Addendum 4430-C)
Staff are no longer allowed to interact SCP-4430 without prior approval of Site Director (See Addendum 4430-D)
Description: SCP-4430 is a young woman of Scandinavian descent who looks to be between 18-22 years of age and stands at 178cm tall. Due to a lack of birth records, SCP-4430’s actual age is unknown. It has described itself to be hundreds of years old, having apparently remembered the last reigning monarch of Britain to be William the Conqueror.
SCP-4430 has pale, red-tinted skin and reptilian amber eyes that have not blinked once since being contained. From it's head are two horns that curve along it's head before curving upwards for 2-3 inches, the total length being 10 inches. SCP-4430 has dark red hair that reaches the middle of it's back, but it is believed to be longer though this can not be confirmed nor denied due to the inability to straighten SCP-4430's hair. It has claws in place of fingernails, and larger and sharper teeth than an average human, both of which SCP-4430 has requested to be filed and maintained in order to prevent harm.
Discovered by Foundation agents in the middle of the ████ Mountains in Russia, SCP-4430 had previously lived in a grove that contained lush flora, despite the harsh cold and snow outside of the grove. Within was a large, overgrown mansion in which SCP-4430 previously stayed, and the most notable feature in the grove was the largely decorated memorial to someone named "Xavier". SCP-4430 has stated that it used to know Xavier, and that the memorial was created so that SCP-4430 wouldn't forget them. This was the one thing brought back from the grove by Foundation staff at SCP-4430's request.
SCP-4430 had been contained willingly, welcoming Foundation staff and offering them tea made from the flora that SCP-4430 grew in the grove, currently still unidentified, as well as
