Special Containment Procedures: The Mobile Task Force Kappa-28 (School's Out) must perform an investigation on every Highschool installations owned by the ████ in Nuevo León, Mexico every 3 months in order to search any instances of TWC-1.
If a TWC-1 instance is discovered, every student, their parents and the parents of any TWC-1 must be treated with class E Amnestics in order to make the people think that TWC-1 has always been the only student from the classroom where it manifested.
After this event, the MTF must follow the TWC-1 instance to its home, the location of it must be added to the document listed below for future purposes.
The instance under the foundation control must be keep in a standard humanoid containment cell in site-██. It is to be allowed to freely roam the installations. The personnel working with TWC-1 is not allowed to joke about the “How many persons are in your classroom” subject for petition of TWC-1, only level 3 or higher personnel are exempt of this rule.
Description: TWC is the designation given to a phenomenon that manifests in the classrooms of the High schools owned by the ████, an university located in the state of Nuevo León, Mexico. No other Highschool in Mexico or another part of the world has exhibited this or similar behavior.
This phenomenon consists in the sudden “union” of all students from a determined classroom, which we will refer as “the group”, becoming a single entity, this individuum, designated as TWC-1 exhibits the appearance, speech patterns and manners of random students from “the group”.
Instances of TWC-1 will sustain by all mediums possible that they are an original individuum and the only student from “the group”, denying any accusation about otherwise.
