SCP-5238 is to be kept in a 2.5 x 2.5 meter cell with the cell's ventilation going to a separate system than the containment facility's main ventilation system. If anyone is exposed to SCP-5238, they are to immediately report to the facility's medical ward

SCP-5238 is not contained, mass deaths have already been reported. All people within the reported contaminated zone are to leave as soon as possible, or find a gas mask with at least a working M50 CBRN filter

Description:
SCP-5238 is a toxic gas that can travel an unusual amount of distance. SCP-5238 has been able to travel over 10,000 kilometres from it's epicenter, REDACTED. SCP-5238 has an unknown chemical makeup but the gas is very dangerous to humans, and can cause almost instantaneous death. Reported symptoms include: Coughing, irritation of the eyes and mouth, a strange metallic taste, sudden cramps, and (ultimately) catastrophic heart failure. These symptoms are rare, and are only present when only an amount equaling a 10 millionth of a gram of the gas will cause these symptoms.
