Item #: SCP-4XXX

Object Class: Neutralized Safe

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the remote nature of SCP-4XXX, extensive containment procedures are largely unnecessary. Two sets of guards are to patrol the exterior entrance of SCP-4XXX in six hour shifts daily, while a small research station (designated Aleph-2) is camouflaged by local foliage. Aleph-2 rests at the base of the hill leading to SCP-4XXX, and is to have a team of 3-5 researchers in order to perform testing with SCP-4XXX-2 when necessary. In the exceedingly rare event that civilians approach SCP-4XXX, they are to be turned away, with the explanation that construction is being performed on the hill. Persistence after this point may be met with forced removal, with the application of light amnestics.

Maintenance is to be performed in the alcove containing SCP-4XXX-2 twice a month, at the discretion of the lead researcher at Aleph-2. This includes trimming grass, tree branches, measuring humidity, and cleaning of accessible fragments of SCP-4XXX-2. Should staff inadvertently trigger a 4XXX-2 Event, the affected are to be carried to Aleph-2 and placed into their bedding until the Event ends. Upon the end of a 4XXX-2 Event, all details of the event are to be recorded and sent for processing at Site 4.

Description: SCP-4XXX refers to a spherical area roughly 15 meters in diameter, located at a hill near Almod, in the Satpura National Park in India.
