Special Containment Procedures: Personnel are to avoid all conversation that SCP-2369 tries to initiate. Necessary communication for information or analysis should be limited as much as possible. Any personnel who interact in any way with SCP-2369 are to be immediately given a psychiatric evaluation as detailed in Document-███. SCP-2369 is to be put in the same handcuffs used in standard human prisons while personnel are present in its containment cell. 3 personnel at minimum are to help contain SCP-2369 in handcuffs. Once it is contained, only 1 personnel is then required to be present.
Containment Procedure Update: Two personnel are now required to be in the room with SCP-2369 at a time. Personnel are expected to monitor the behavior of their associate while in the containment cell, and exit immediately if the other shows signs of manipulation or any mind altered state. Standard termination procedures of the affected individual will follow.
Description: SCP-2369 resembles an adult human male around the age of 20 with distinct Ovis canadensis (bighorn ram) features. Its DNA has roughly a 40% match to Ovis canadensis. SCP-2369 has Ovis canadensis ears where human ears would be, which are covered in brown fur. It has Ovis canadensis horns directly above its ears which have overgrown and gouged its eyes. It is completely blind because of this, but has exceptional hearing and uses this to its advantage. It is known to pretend that it can still see, and will trick personnel into believing this beyond any reasonable doubt.
SCP-2369 is highly manipulative, and can and will convince any personnel it comes into contact with into doing its bidding. The specific manipulation style of SCP-2369 is to initially scare its subject, henceforth referred to as SCP-2369-1, into compliance, and then cause an attachment to itself to develop through repeated positive and negative affirmations. SCP-2369-1 will typically feel the same withdrawal effects of a narcotic addict during negative affirmation stages. Similarly, SCP-2369-1 will have similar brain patterns to an addict who has just taken narcotics during positive affirmation stages. The repetition of these two stages eventually causes SCP-2369-1 to develop a complete infatuation with SCP-2369 that some would akin to love. The length of time it takes for SCP-2369-1 to fully submit to the manipulation process changes depending on the individuals mental fortitude. The effects of its manipulation are irrecoverable, and any personnel who experience changes in their mental state from SCP-2369 are to be terminated after a thorough brain scan and psychiatric evaluation.
Addendum 1- Update: SCP-2369 and SCP-5410 are now in the same containment cell. Brain scans have shown that SCP-2369's brain is seemingly telepathically connected to SCP-5410's brain, and as a result SCP-2369 can see through SCP-5410's eyes. SCP-5410 refuses to be separated from SCP-2369, and SCP-2369 is significantly placated when in the company of SCP-5410. As such, SCP-5410 will not be removed until harm is caused to either object or any personnel as a result of its presence.
