Item #: SCP-XXXX.
Object Class: Safe Euclid.
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be stored with a climate controlled, clear case in the Site-██ library. The case is to be outfitted to allow the constant cleaning of SCP-XXXX-2, If any large change is to occur within the content on SCP-XXXX page, Two Level-4 personnel should be contacted immediately.
Revised Containment Procedures As A Result Of Incident XXXX-3151-A-11:
SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a 2.5 meter by 2.5 meter by 2.5 meter lead lined reinforced concrete, climate controlled room at all times. SCP-XXXX-1 Must be monitored at all times to ensure that SCP-XXXX-2 does not generate to the point at which it obscures all text on SCP-XXXX-1. All SCP-XXXX-2 should be removed from the surface of SCP-XXXX-1 before it covers 50% of the surface area with SCP-XXXX-2. Staff tasked with upkeep of SCP-XXXX are to be rotated twice weekly. New staff are too be chosen at random from a group of select Class-D.
SCP-XXXX May only be accessed by persons with written permission from at least 2(two) members of the O5 Council or Head Researcher Dr.█████ Richards. Failure to follow this guidelines will be grounds for termination for all involved parties.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a standard sized A4 Sheet of paper(Hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) coated in a 1 cm thick layer of a permanently wet black substance(hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-2). SCP-XXXX-2 does not seem to be able to stain SCP-XXXX-1. Imaging has shown that while coated in SCP-XXXX-2 SCP-XXXX-1 is complacently blank, but as soon as SCP-XXXX-2 is removed from SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 will be filled with text of varying size, font, color and content and will then slowly produce SCP-XXXX-2 until such a time where SCP-XXXX-1 is coated with a 1cm thick layer of SCP-XXXX-2. This process can range in length from 13 (Thirteen) seconds to 27 (Twenty Seven) hours But with a mean time of roughly 12-22 minutes. Currently SCP-XXXX-2 can only be removed via mechanical means. The process for which SCP-XXXX-2 is produced is not currently understood but it appears to generated within SCP-XXXX-1.
If SCP-XXXX-1 is left coated in SCP-XXXX-2 for a period of time lasting longer then 24 (twenty four) hours any humans within a ~24 (twenty four) meter radius will be drawn to SCP-XXXX and have an incessant need to remove SCP-XXXX-2 by any means necessary. This effect builds with time extending roughly 1 (one) meter every hour until such a time that SCP-XXXX-2 is removed. This effect can be damped though the use of lead lining in the containment structure of SCP-XXXX but cannot be completely removed as it will eventually overpower the dampening effects of the lead.
The SCP-XXXX-1 has shown a complete resistance to the following forms of damage; Heat(SCP-XXXX could not be set alight by a standard disposable lighter, A butane torch or standard decontamination equipment), Solvent damage(SCP-XXXX-1 was completely submerged in acetone for a time period of 14 hours, and showed no damage) and tearing(A force of over ██████ newtons was exerted on SCP-XXXX-1 over a period of █ hours with no damage being noted).
Evidence drawn from SCP-XXXX documents recovered alongside suggests that SCP-XXXX functions by stealing memories from the subject that removes SCP-XXXX-2. this memory stealing was not perfect and would result in cumulative short term memory loss which is only further compounded by further interaction with SCP-XXXX, after being exposed to SCP-XXXX 12 times the effect will result in the host loosing memories from the previous 5 years, Extended exposure will always leads to the host entering a coma like state only awakening to remove SCP-XXXX-2 from SCP-XXXX-1.
thus far 30% of documents recorded from SCP-XXXX have had slight deviated from there apparent source. all deviations have thus far been non-consequential in detail and include but are not limited to; Differences in numerical value's(often significantly higher or lower then the documents SCP-XXXX has attempted to replicate), slight spelling and small grammatical changes. These seem to be an effect of the subject not entirely remembering the content that SCP-XXXX is attempted to extract.
Recovery:
Information about SCP-XXXX was recovered on 14/██/20██ during a raid on a GOI-████ research site. Evidence suggests they were commissioned to make a short distance intelligence recon device but had the project had failed measurably and that SCP-XXXX was transferred to the home of █████ ████████████. During the subsequent raid of █████ ████████████'s home, █████ ████████████ was found lying brain dead on the basement floor beside SCP-XXXX. At the time SCP-XXXX was displaying a slightly altered version of the "Wikipedia" article for "This Afternoon".█████ ████████████ was terminated after he suddenly awoke and started too manipulate SCP-XXXX.
After examination of his personnel file it appears █████ ████████████ was given the job of storage and upkeep of SCP-XXXX due to his complete lack of information regarding the internal working of GOI-████.

Notes:
Incident XXXX-3151-A-11:
During routine cleaning and inspecting of SCP-XXXX-1, It was found that the text being displayed by SCP-XXXX was a complete uncensored replication of the SCP-████’s containment document. All documents produced by SCP-XXXX following this point have been somewhat related to the Foundation ranging from advertisements for Foundation fronts to [DATA EXPUNGED].
Addendum 1: While a link between SCP-XXXX and SCP-445 has been suggested, there is currently insufficient evidence to support this.
Addendum 2: as of 26/10/201█: The text currently present on SCP-XXXX-1 is an advertisement for the Foundation front company “S & C Plastics”. As per the order of O5-█ it is to remain as this for the foreseeable future. The containment procedures have been revised accordingly.
Addendum 3: SCP-XXXX appears to have the ability to draw information which would normally be removed though the use of amnestics, though the subject will have no recollection of any of this information if it is presented to them.
Item #: SCP-6637.
Object Class: Thaumiel.
Special Containment Procedures:
Current Containment Procedures as of 26/██/20██
SCP-6637 is to be kept within the confines of Site-██, Any excursions outside of Site-██ must be heavily monitored and given proper approval, While in containment SCP-6673 is to be provided with a standard anomalous humanoid containment chamber Type-35G built with anti-memetic alterations such as thermal imaging equipment . They are to provided a monthly budget of no greater then ███.██ USD under the guise of a research grant, anything purchased with this money should be delivered to Foundation Front-████, ██████ or other Site specific delivery points.
SCP-6637 is to be provided internet access equivalent to that of any level-2 researcher, though Foundation AI-6637-12 is to assigned to scrub any images, text or video posted by SCP-6637 to ensure any post made by them are free of memetic hazards.
Continued containment of SCP-6673 is mainly obtained via obfuscation of the objects true power, as a result SCP-6637 has been "employed" at the foundation under the guise of a level-2 researcher specialized in Countermemetics. This has allowed the foundation to maintain near constant observation of SCP-6637-1 as well as make extensive use of SCP-6637-2.
When not in the possession of SCP-6637-1, SCP6637-2 is to be stored within a climate controlled file storage unit within SCP-6637's containment chamber.
In order to maintain the continued cooperation of SCP-6637-1, as well as to maintain obfuscation they have been given visitation rights for two extra-foundation personal, POI-141M, and POI-9A.
Description:
SCP-6637 consists of two primary components, a baseline humanoid hereby referred to as SCP-6637-1, and an anomalous notebook hereby referred to as SCP-6637-2.
SCP-6637-1 is a human female of average build, and height. SCP-6637 forgoes typical foundation attire for her station, choosing to wear the outfit typical of a romanticized plague doctor. By her own addition this is done in an attempt to mimic SCP-049, While the clothing is entirely non-anomalous, SCP-6637-1 gets increasingly agitated should she be asked to remove any part of the outfit. SCP-6637-1 has reportedly used Site-██ Research workshop Delta-3 to make serval modifications to her cowl and mask, following an investigation it was found that she integrated the following upgrades
- Class-3 air filtration systems.
- Generation 5 night and thermal optics.
- Standard range finder.
- Standard operations T-AI and tactical informational package.
Inline with SCP-6637-1's containment, She has been "employed" within the foundation as a level-2 Counter memetic Specialist under the pseudonym "Doctor. Leah", All interviews, correspondents and research notes barring this document should refer to SCP-6673-1 as such. In order to continue the secrecy of her anomalous properties It is to be maintained that SCp-6637-1 has a natural Ω-level Psychic, memetic and mental resistance. For more information on SCP-6637-1's placement within the foundation please refer to Document 6637-alphaContainment.
SCP-6637-1's anomalous properties manifest in a multitude of ways, chief among these is the fact that she appears to be completely resistant to all forms of Psychic, Memetic and Mental manipulation, to the extent that SCP-6637-1 has interacted with many Epsilon-class instant kill memetic agents without even realizing, this also extends to being nearly entirely immune to all forms of anmestics.
SCP-6637-1's secondary anomalous properties is her innate ability to create and manipulate Memetic hazards, SCP-6637-1 will produce minor memetic hazards, Designated SCP-6637-3 at a rate of 3~5 a day, effects of SCP-6673-3 hazards are typically benign and short lived, including but not limited to the following effects.
- Visual or Auditory hallucination while viewing the hazard.
- Feeling on onset dread.
- Changes in mental state typically lasting 1-2 hours.
- Loss of sensation in one or more limbs.
- compulsion to spread SCP-6637-3 futher.
SCP-6637-3 are often produced to fit the format of modern internet memes or "shitposts" like that typical of Groups of interest "gamers against weed" and "are we cool yet?", but has been known to exist in video and text formats. Alternatively SCP-6637-1 has been noted spending multiple days or even weeks working on a single memetic effect, these often carry much more devastating effects and long lasting effects, such memetic hazards are removed from the custody of SCP-6637-1 and generally either destroyed before they can be logged in SCP-6637-2 or put to use in the securing of various SCP's.
SCP-6632-2 is a Standard 100page Foundation Research notebook typical of that seen within Site-██, The notebook has been observed to contain serve non-Euclidean special properties and has currently been recovered to contain 871 pages. SCP-6637-2 can be identified by the "Totally not memetics" labeling which has been applied by SCP-6637-1 in white permanent "sharpie" brand marker. SCP-6673-2's primary use by SCP-6637-1 appears to be as a form of notebook/storage apparatus for the SCP-6637-3 instances she creates, as she has been noted as recreating almost all of them within SCP-6637 following their creation. SCP-6637 appears to contain an infinite number of pages or has the ability to create new pages as needed, SCP-6637-1 relinquish control of SCP-6637-2 on a bi-weekly basis under the guise of a preformance review, This has allowed the foundation to gather many, powerful memetic images, documents and videos which have proven invaluable in continued memetic and antimemetic research, as of current count SCP-6637-2 contains █████ Instances of SCP-6637-3.
SCP-6632-1 Appears completely unaware of her ability to create SCP-6637-3 instances, and thoroughly believes that she is creating them via natural and scientific means, this has allowed the foundation a level of control over her creation of Memetic kill agents and other such extremely harmful infohazards due to the fact she believes she must submit her research for "review" before logging it into SCP-6637-2.
Recovery:
SCP-6637-1 was originally brought to Foundation attention by an undercover operative of MTF Mu-4's kappa squad during an unrelated mission in █████ ██████████ Germany, Kappa-16 Spotted SCP-6637-1 reading from SCP-6637-2 publicly in a small café, Due to the Foundation insignia prominently displayed on the front Kappa-16 moved into to investigate, After SCP-6637-1 failed standard Foundation covert introductions, Kappa-16 requested permission to view what she was reading, SCP-6637-1 freely gave up SCP-6637-2 stating that "no one had ever asked to see her artwork before, so it might not be good", Body camera footage shows Kappa-16 looking opening a random page before immediately entering cardiac arrest, Kappa-16 was admitted to a local hospital, after which SCP-6637-1 was brought into foundation custody, being told they had been infected with a rare virus, which had caused the effect they witnesses in Kappa-16
In following interviews, SCP-6637-1 claimed they had no memories of the circumstances that caused SCP-6637 to entre their possession.
Supplementary documentation:
Date: 15/██/20██
Interviewer: Doctor Richard Adam's.
Interviewee: SCP-6637-1[aged 15]
Dr. Adam's: Greeting [Redacted], How are we doing today?
SCP-6637-1: I'm ok, Why am i here? Why are all of you wearing them funny suits?
Dr. Adam's: Oh, im terribly sorry about that, They're for our own protection. Do you remember the incident that happed at [Redacted] Café?
SCP-6637-1: Um.. Yeah, a little? where that dude just randomly died?
Dr. Adam's: Yes, yes. Well you see, we ran some tests on him and we believe that he had been infected with a rare virus we are currently trying to stop the spread of. So is it alright if we keep you quarantined here for a while? We can contact any family you might have. We'll try make your stay here as comfortable as possible.
SCP-6637-1: Oh, you wont need to contact anyone, They're all dead!
SCP-6637-1: Oh, oh no, Where… where's my book? have you seen it, i better not have lost it again, Please tell me you have seen it,
Dr. Adam's: [Redacted], Please calm down, don't worry we have your book, it was with your personal belongings when we first brought you in.
[At this point Dr. Adam's withdraws SCP-6637-2 from a standard protective transport container]
Dr. Adam's: We've actually been very interested in this notebook, May i ask, Where did you get it? I'd love to get one myself.
SCP-6637-1: I, I don't know, I've had it for as long as I can remember? Never really thought about it y'a know? Wait, wait, no, actually, I think my mom got it for me! Back when I was very little.
Dr. Adam's: Oh, well that's a shame, you had mentioned loosing it before? may I ask what happened them? Forgive me if I'm prying too much.
SCP-6637-1: Oh, it's fine!, back when i was little i lost it for a few days, then my mommy found it, Sadly she died a few days later,
Dr. Adam's: I'm sorry for you loss, I'll leave you be from my tirade of questions for now, you should get some sleep, you look exhausted.
Notes:
It should be noted that following investigation into the statement that the notebook was given to her by her mother, It was found that her mother had died 5 years before this specific design of notebook had entered production, that and the anomalous page count, There's alot more too these two then first meets the eye, I Highly recommend petitioning for SCP status for both of them -Signed: Doctor Richard Adam's.
