Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ is to be held in a standard high value item container at Site ██. Access to SCP-████ requires permission and supervision of one researcher with at least Level 2 clearance.
Containment Procedure Addendum: As of incident ████-1, SCP-████'s containment area is to be adjacent to a bank of 3 Class-D living quarters with at least 1 occupant in either room at all times. SCP-████ is to be left for no longer than 7 days without activation. After 5 days, no Class B or higher personnel are allowed within 100 meters of SCP-████'s containment area.
If SCP-████ is damaged beyond the point of tearing, the remains of SCP-████ is to be incinerated and all remains are to be transported to a high security solitary containment chamber with adjacent Class-D quarters. 1 Class-D due for termination is to inhabit the adjacent quarters at all times until SCP-████ has re-emerged and has gone through at least one activation. The Class-D is to be fed via remote vehicle. At no time are any personnel allowed within 100 meters of SCP-████'s containment chamber during this period with no exception. No punishment for breaking this rule is required as the potential consequences are punishment enough.
After one activation, SCP-████ is to be returned to its standard container and bio hazard cleared sanitary operators are to sanitize the activation site thoroughly and any remains disposed of by standard bio hazard sanitation methods.

Description: SCP-████ is a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper with the phrase "Kick Me" written in large Times New Roman font in a landscape orientation. A 5 cm strip of 3M brand Scotch Tape is affixed to the top of the page. On activation, this tape is not to be removed out of danger of tearing SCP-████.
When affixed to the upper back, between the shoulder blades of a human host, SCP-████ will transition to its active state. Within 5 seconds of activation, the host will feel a "kick" of varying strength. SCP-████ can be de-activated by removing it from its host. If SCP-████ is not removed after the first kick, at random intervals between 30 and 150 seconds, the host will feel additional kicks, each with increasing strength.
Addendum: All care is to be taken not to damage SCP-████. Any damage has been causally linked to the first kick of the next activation phase, ranging from bust sub-dermal blood vessels, to broken coccyx, to complete dismemberment and mutilation of the host.
SCP-████ is to be activated at a minimum of every seven days. After seven days of inactivity, SCP-████ will anomalously teleport to the back of a nearby individual and immediately produce its first kick as if placed like normal, including strength relative to damage.
