Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be enclosed in Site ██ within a sealed containment chamber and is to be monitored at all times by 5 members of on-site security. All site personnel must go through the decontamination chamber upon returning from an excursion into SCP-XXXX. Any personnel requesting for an excursion into SCP-XXXX must have a security clearance of Level 4 or above, they must also have a resistance to strong memetic effects for (see Addendum-01). Any researchers tasked with making an excursion are to be accompanied by 15 members of on site security and are recommended to carry a firearm on their person during said excursion.

It is recommended for any personnel involved an excursion to know these languages, English, Russian, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and or Arabic. Lethal force is authorized in the event security personel are forced into engagement, however if a researcher is killed or gravely wounded the excursion group is to retreat back to SCP-XXXX-1 and return to site ██ via SCP-XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an alternate Earth in which the last 300 years of history have folded into the present following a CK Class Restructuring Scenario and the world is in a state of chaos and war. Upon further evaluation it would appear that the world resets to the day the chaos began, ██/██/2018, once worldwide peace is declared. It is to be noted that the pieces of history folded into the present aswell as the events that transpire are inconsistent in every excursion.

According to a cult group known as "The Worshipers of Altia", observed and interviewed during one excursion (see "Excursion Log 4-RUS"), claim that their world is the new plaything for an ancient goddess of war known as Altia and that her followers are the only ones that remember the cycles of the worlds chaos. So far there has been very little evidence pointing to the existence of this "goddess" see "Interview-01". It has been found that during excursions a small time dilatation occurs with one hour on site being one day in SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a cellar located by an abandoned house in ██████,Texas. Site ██ was built around the house to prevent any non foundation personnel from accessing SCP-XXXX-1 as well as to prevent anything from within SCP-XXXX from reaching the outside world. SCP-XXXX-1 on the inside is a makeshift bunker with two exits, the exit to Site ██, and the entrance to SCP-XXXX.

Excursion group exits bunker (Switching to audio log)

Alpha-1: Alright people cameras are working on our end, Bravo-1, Charlie-1, Docs, com and camera check is everything operational?

Charlie-4: I think were in Germany (looks at bar sign) the writing here is in German.

Dr.Silas: It looks like a warzone out here, not unexpected but I don't see anyone around and- wait do you hear that.

All teams are engaged by what appeared to be 40 Wehrmacht soldiers. Dr. Redding was grazed by a stray round but sustained only minor injuries. During the fireight another unknown group engaged the enemy taking out what remained of the combatants.

After Action Report: [The city appeared to be in a state akin to the battle of Berlin. One casualty occurred, Cause of death was blood loss. Charlie-3 was killed by a stick grenade during the engagement with the shrapnel going through his lungs and heart.]

Addendum: On ██/██/20██ an incident where Junior Researcher ████ Masterson killed 8 Site ██ workers including security personnel and fellow Researcher ███████. He was heard ranting about the so called goddess "Altia" while attempting to go through SCP-XXXX before being terminated by on site security. Upon review of the incident it was discovered that during an excursion (REDACTED),see "Excursion Log 2-ISR. As of ██/12/20██ all members of Site ██ are to be screened for memetic resistance level and furthermore and personnel who request an excursion into SCP-XXXX must have high resistance against strong Memetics.
