Special Containment Procedures: SCP 5XXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber with a Scranton Reality Anchor active in the chamber at all times. It is to be provided with basic needs and books which are to be changed once every month. It is to be allowed to exit its chamber once a day for one (1) hour if 24 hours have passed since any testing or procedures. No potentially harmful objects are to be permitted inside its chamber.
Description: SCP 5XXX is a 12 year old human female named Elaine Erebus formerly residing in [REDACTED].It is a class III reality bender. SCP 5XXX is neutral under normal containment circumstances, however, it turns hostile when exposed to specific testing procedures1. Its anomalous behaviour is largely restricted to testing environments.
When exposed to procedure 1098-Phi, it attempts to harm any living creature in the vicinity using any objects which can be used for the purpose. It also attempts to harm itself if no living beings are in the vicinity. Anomalous activities which are observed during the procedure are:
1. Deletion of objects, entities and humans in a volume of 6*6*6 metres around it. The severity of the deletion has no identifiable pattern and two class D personnel have so far been removed by SCP 5XXX.The possibility of removal of unwanted entities or objects via SCP 5XXX is being tested upon.
2. Changes in the surroundings ranging from complete transformation of the testing environment into several other places to small changes like changing the words on someone's identification slip. These changes are affected by the level of [REDACTED] on the subject.
For these reasons, SRA's are to be used during testing unless specified by Level 3 personnel or higher, and SRA's are to be deactivated only when either class D test subjects are present or no people are in a 6*6*6 metre volume around SCP - 5XXX.
Tendencies to harm others and itself continue for 24 hours once procedure 1098-phi is performed.
