Special Containment Procedures: A three by three mile long chain-link fence is to be constructed around the former grounds of St. Dimitar's Church, Alabama. Foundation Security Agents in the area are to regularly patrol the area, and are to explain that the location is under foreclosure; condemned for containing hazardous materials.
Furthermore, in the interior of the structure are two galvanized steel doors to be retro-fitted in order to fit in with the remainder of the church's architectural style. Pressure-activated locks are also to be installed in both doors to prevent the possibility of civilian entry or access.
Containment Update No. 1. (Dated █/ ██/ ████.) Any Personnel leaving and entering SCP-XXXX-1 are to be scanned for speciality Identification-cards. Individuals who are without an identification card and are suspect of being native to SCP-XXXX-1 are to be detained and moved to Site-██.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a plywood door-frame installed into the 1st floor pew in the abandoned St. Dimitar's Church, ████, Alabama. Individuals approaching the interior of the church report feelings of unease along with anxiety and depression.
Temperatures reported in the surrounding area are unusually extreme, with temperatures ranging from −28.6 (−19.5) degrees celelsis to −35.8 (−32.4) Fahrenheit. The main anomalous property of SCP-XXXX occurs when an individual enters the frame, the individual will disappear from the current area, soon being transported to an alternative area known as SCP-XXXX-1.
As of █/ ██/ ████, SCP-XXXX-1 is only partially explored, partly due to the size of the anomalous region, along with severe weather conditions and terrain.

However, the following is known regarding SCP-XXXX-1's terrain and makeup:
- Severe cold along with frequent storms, with an average interior temperature of −58.0
- An average terrain consisted of snow, gravel, gypsum powder, schist rock, and quartz. Trace amounts of diamonds, Celestine, along with [DATA EXPUNGED] have also been determined.
- Common plants found in boreal areas on earth such as the European spruce (Picea abies), Pinus Jack Pine, (banksiana), Red Maple (Acer rubrum), and various types of lichen, most notably the Common Greenshield Lichen. (Flavoparmelia caperata). However, a great deal of non-native plants only native to SCP-XXXX-1 have been discovered. These specimens are listed along with animal life that live in the SCP-XXXX-1 region.
- SCP-XXXX-1 has a current native population, labeled and referred to as SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 individuals bare a resemblance to human-beings on Earth, but speak an unknown language, and has a characteristic green tint around the body.
- Several settlements have been discovered in SCP-XXXX with populations ranging from twelve or so individual SCP-XXXX-2 inhabitants to populations sustaining upwards of ████ individuals.
- SCP-XXXX-2 has a distinct time-zone, and Earth-grade navigation devices do not work inside. Directions such as East, West and North do not retain the same distinction in Earth.
SCP-XXXX Addendum No. 2 Exploration Details
Manned expeditions into SCP-XXXX-1 have been on-going, as of █/ ██/ ████. However, do to the hazardous nature of SCP-XXXX-1 along with an uncertainty of events, the following precautions are to be taken in mind before an expedition, dated █/ ██/ ████.
Temperatures in SCP-XXXX-1 are extreme with a mean temperature of around −58.0, along with frequent storms. Because of this, a cold-weather survival kit including a bladed knife, warming devices, flintlock, and emergency rations are to included for each team member.
SCP-XXXX-1 is unmapped. Winch and pulley systems are to be installed and used by all team members, to find a way back to the SCP-XXXX-1 entrance.
Furthermore, SCP-XXXX-1 has a large population of native-creatures, some of which can be quite dangerous. A full list of the native wildlife species can be viewed below. Team Members are to expected to memorize this list, and know what to do when encountering a specimen.
As of █/ ██/ ████, the following objects and materials are
to be included in all exploration team caches.
*12 Gallons of water per team-member.
*Cache of food supplies, including energy-bars and MREs, three sets per team member.
*One field knife per team member, knife is to be serrated, and collapsible.
*One Standard Issue Repeating Rifle issued for Team Captain, along with respective shells. One Standard issue 10 mm Handgun along with respective ammunition is to be given to each team member.
*Winch and Pulley System, to be attached to the SCP-XXXX-1 Entry area.
*Three Specimen collection devices, three standard collection devices and a liquid collection device is to be issued for each team.
