Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous and contagious phenomenon that affects patterns and structures with intentional intellectual design. When the specified pattern or structure from now on referred to as a SCP-XXXX-NULL instance, is affected by SCP-XXXX, will start to distort and change its viscosity randomly. SCP-XXXX-NULL instances will affect other complex patterns or structures after a certain degree of distortion treshold in the SCP-XXXX-NULL instance.
The exact definition of intentional intellectual design is currently unkown and under speculation. However it is currently known to include the following:
- Infrastructures and buildings
- Processed materials
- Organisms that fit an unknown criterion.
Furthermore it is known that SCP-XXXX-NULL instances will degrade in a lower rate as the complexity gets "higher".
Addendum XXXX-1: Due to a breach in Containment Procedures and SCP-XXXX spreading throughout Management Zone 3, Site-551 Director and SCP-XXXX Lead Researcher Johnattan Khan has been made the Director of SCP Foundation Management Zone 3.
Addendum XXXX-2: As of [date], areas that are affected by SCP-XXXX have spread outside SCP Foundation Management Zone 3. Temporary perimeter XXXX-VOIDLINE has been established to include the political regions that are known to host SCP-XXXX-NULL instances.
By Emergency Protocol XXXX-LINECAPTURE, Site-551 Director, SCP-XXXX Lead Researcher and Director of SCP Foundation Management Zone 3 Johnattan Khan has been appointed as the Head of XXXX-VOIDLINE.
XXXX-VOIDLINE includes the borders of British Isles, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and German provinces of Niedersachen & Schleswig-Holstein.

Incident XXXX-Rho: On [insertdate] Johnattan Khan, citing [thing], declared himself as the Emergency Overseer until further notice. Due to the relocation of Site-01 by presence of SCP-XXXX-NULL in the [number] km radius of Site-01, verified proof-of-presence broadcast of the Overseer Council was broadcasted after two (2) hours of Khan's announcement.
While the majority of the staff didn't participate in the Johnattan Khan was self-promoted to O5-EMERGENCY via the mishandlement of PROTOCOL ROSE ALABASTER.. Johnatthan Khan made four (4) queries in the SCP Database, made one (1) revision in the SCP database and didn't issued any orders before dissapearing two weeks after the announcement.
Johnattan Khan's current situation and possible connections to the GoI Chaos Insurgency, Marshall, Carter & Dark, Serpent's Hand, [instert goi] are ongoing. GoI-[instertnumber] ("Former Site-551") has been taken into Overseer Council administration on [date] by Operation 511-Fin. Site-551 has been removed from GoI status and as of [date] is under restructuring until further update.
Updates to the SCP-XXXX documents are awaiting evaluation to be re-classified and to be integrated back to the main RAISA records.

O5-2: Honorable Overseers, before you disregard this proposal as a potential risk to the security of the Overseer Council, please walk through the reasoning behind it. The fact is that we have …. Because Johnattan Khan was able to access the database at full credentials, he easily expunged any trails of his actions. The Overseer Council has became an opaque box that even the future Council cannot see into.
O5-13: Two, especially you should know that
O5-2: Fact remains is that we are only able to know that even we can't read behind the expunged data. At worst for now we know the number of command inputs in the database and at worst it is all that we are gonna know. This is exactly why I am proposing that redactions with Level 5 access should be still available in an archive that is Level-5 accessible and disconnected from main RAISA records.
