Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5974 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. SCP-5974 doesn't require any nutritional meal or substance due to it's properties. SCP-5974 is allowed to roam Site-██ freely.
In the event of a containment breach of SCP-5974 a tracking device received from 5974 is to be used to locate his position in any possible universe.
Description: SCP-5974 has the body of a 12-Year old boy with dirty-blonde hair and hazel eyes.
He is 149.86 centimeters tall and weighs 103 lbs.
SCP-5974 appears to of not aged since he was recovered in 20██.
SCP-5974 is capable of manipulating reality around him although he chooses to not do so.
He has 3 forms, human, anomalous human, and demon.
His human form looks like that of a human.
SCP-5974's anomalous human form can look different varying from what it wants out though the most common looks are, a human with a gaster blaster face mask that has blue speakers for eyes. With this equipped, he's able to use music and translate that into magical attacks.
The next one is a humanoid figure standing at 8ft tall with the face mask that has two red columns spanning the width of the eyes and all the way down to the chin. These columns glow. It has the 8-Spider legs coming out of it's back but significantly larger and the ends are tipped with glowing red metal of which is identical to SCP-076's metal impants. This highly heated metal is capable of cutting through titanium with ease. In the middle of each of it's limbs there is a black mass extending the limbs. This includes the Spider legs. The black mass also extends the middle of the mouth making it larger. It's mouth is of underfell sans mouth. It's teeth then grow to fit the newly added space. It's right hand is capable of using a blackhole to destroy whatever's in it's path instantaneously. The black hole is created from the other reality. His left arm has the black mass completely covering it and ending in spikes for fingers. His demon form incorporates everything from the previous forms except it's 8.8 kilometers in height with a centaur like half. His 4 legs consist of the left leg of a tyrant in Doom Eternal. Only thing is his entire centaur half is covered with a white fur.
SCP-5974 is given senior administrator due to his cooperation in preventing and stopping XK-Class End of the world Scenarios. He is also able to see everything and use telepathy. SCP-5974 has the ability to travel through space due to him not needing anything to survive. Thus aiding him in containing space anomalies.

SCP-5974 is capable of containing every SCP although he sometimes decides not to. In the case of SCP-5974 not containing breached SCP's, MTF Omega-30 ("Reality Killers") is to be deployed if the breach event is serious enough. MTF squad is an artificially created squad by SCP-5974 and was approved by 05-6, 05-8, 05-11.
Addendum SCP-5974-A: On 8/23/20██ 3 field agents had been dispatched to confirm if an anomalous entity was present in █████, ██, USA. Each Agent was equipped with a head mounted camera, radio, and a pistol flashlight. At the time of arrival Agent-1, Agent-2, and Agent-3 had noticed no biological life present in the town. Further investigation had revealed that there were perfectly preserved corpses in the building there was dust all over the place. Agent-1 had attempted to contact command while Agent-3 had taken a sample and put it into a tube. Agent-1 found no success. Approximately 10 minutes after arrival the agents had blacked out. Upon awakening, the agents had found the entire town to be rearranged. Agent-1 had noticed more dust corpses laying around except this time they were on the streets. The Agents started hearing talking, but it was distorted. They noticed that command was talking to them via the radios and they responded.

1 Hour later after retrieval of the Agents, MTF Omega-12 ("Achilles' Heels") was sent out after a geological scan indicated bends in reality and a being that was classified as a reality bender. 15 Minutes after their arrival SCP-5974 appeared while creating an invisible barrier between it and Omega-12. Addendum SCP-5974-B: On ██/██/20██, SCP-5974 had created a launch site with a rocket that shouldn't be capable of lift off. He then arranged for Dr. Bright, Dr. Clef, and Dr. █████ to become the astronauts and fly in the rocket. He had created a copy of Dr. Clef and Dr. █████ to board it instead.
30 Minutes after the scientists were put onto the rocket a countdown of unknown origin started. 10 Seconds afterwards, the rocket's engine lit and the rocket started propelling itself at 50/m a second whilst accelerating at 70/m a second. The scientists reported no feelings of more G-Force than 1.
On ██/██/20██, the scientists had left the Milky Way and entered a new neighboring galaxy only a few light years away. Why the two galaxies aren't interacting is unknown. Shortly after entering it they came across a solar systems with completely dead planets and no star although each planet was perfectly lit. After landing onto one of the planets Dr. Bright took off his helmet to find the atmosphere was Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, and multiple other gases. After looking at their surroundings Dr. █████ had noticed that there was a stone henge in front of the ship with an unknown language. After Dr. Clef took out the tools Dr. █████ had grabbed a scanner and pointed it at the Stone Henge. It immediatly started translating the language and the henge had changed the writing into english. Soon after SCP-5974 had appeared to explain why the history of everything that happened on Earth was on the Stone Henges Data Tablets. He then teleported everything back to Site-██.
