Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6006 is to be kept in a 10 m x 5 m standard reinforced room with padded white walls, and black tile flooring, with a titanium, standard keycard locked door. Located on Site 88 on the 32nd floor in the D-Section. No fewer than 2 armed guards are to be present at the entry to SCP-6006’s containment chamber, and may not enter unless circumstances are extreme. A psychologist, doctor, and researcher must be present in all interactions with SCP-6006. No personnel with a level two security clearance or less is allowed to interact with SCP-6006. All interactions must be monitored via audio recording. No cameras are allowed inside, or stationed in SCP-6006’s cell. Anyone who speaks to SCP-6006 must be immediately evaluated by the on-site psychologist. All interactions of SCP-6006 must be written into a transcript, accessible by level three security clearance or higher. These transcripts provide valuable information into future interactions with SCP-6006, and may also be used to predict SCP-6006’s behavior to certain responses.
Description: SCP-6006 appears to be a female in it’s early 20’s. Baring extremely pale skin and white eyes containing no iris or pupils. SCP-6006 has black hair, reaching down to the chest area. It is currently 6 feet tall, with arms and legs reaching to the normal height of that of a human. SCP-6006’s weight is roughly 104 lbs, but per this, it exhibits extreme strength when angered. When someone is in the presence of SCP-6006, it will begin the conversation with telling the individual something they wish to do, usually dark and grevious in nature, and something said subject would have no possible way of knowing, and then proceed to ask if it is true or not. If said individual chooses to tell the truth, SCP-6006 is either known to smile and nod, or to encourage the individual on their honesty. If the subject chooses to lie, SCP-6006 will reach forward, grabbing the individual by their throat, and reaching their hand down their throat and ripping out the vocal cords. This, on some occasions, causes the individual to die. If the individual does not die, they will be subjected to fearful, and terrifying hallucinations, usually portraying their own death, or relatives and family members deaths. These hallucinations usually cause an individual to try and attempt to complete the action they wished to do within 16 days, and if they fail to complete it, they will commit suicide. Usually by hanging themselves. If an individual is unable to commit suicide, they will become rampid, and try and kill others until they are able to successfully end their own life. SCP-6006 usually tends to be seen laughing manically when the individual commits suicide, and has been found murming to the effect of hating liars.
Additional: SCP-6006 was discovered in a cave near ██████, in 19██. It was originally cooperative being taken into containment, but was distasteful upon arrival at the foundation, due to “lack of wine.”
Addendum 6006-01: Observation Log
Subject appears to be capable of speech, mostly speaking English and sometimes French or Russian. Fluent in all three languages, and also with the ability to translate.
Addendum 6006-02: Conversation Log
Upon arriving in containment, the subject requested a bottle of red wine and a wine glass, asking that the glass and bottle be replaced every week. Request was granted.
Addendum 6006-03: Observation Log
SCP-6006 seems to respond well to animals, such as dogs and cats. It enjoys petting them, and has stated “animals don’t understand the capability to lie,” as it’s reason for liking them.
Addendum 6006-04: Observation Log
SCP-6006 was shown to move around the room in various places, sometimes sitting in the corner, other times sitting in the chair next to the table provided. Other times leaning against the door and attempting to talk to the guards on the other side, to no avail.

Addendum 6006-5: Interview Log 6006-01
Dr. ██████: Alright. Are we good to go?
Dr. ██████: Okay. The date is January 20th, 19██. I am currently conducting an interview with subject named SCP-600-
SCP-6006: So this. This is different from what I normally know, isn’t it? It’s been a while since I’ve been in the same presence as a human. Hm..
The subject proceeds to sip from the glass of wine in front of it.
Dr. ██████: I- Well. You have been-
SCP-6006: Tell me. Do you really wish to just.. ███████ █████ ████████ ████ █████ ██████? You hate them, don’t you?
Dr. ██████: What-..?! Why of course not!
Hearing this, the subject looked down, a dark, almost disgusted look on their face.
SCP-6006: (In French) What a shame..
The subject leaped across the interview table, knocking over the equipment, and proceeded to shove her hand down Dr. ██████’s throat, ripping out his vocal cords and leaving him bleeding and gurgling on the floor. The subject walked back over, sitting down, and sipped the wine left for it.

Addendum 6006-6: Test Log SUMMARY
Subject: SCP-6006
Preface: A test subject, (D-55630) was taken to SCP-6006’s containment chamber, and instructed to converse with the subject. The test subject was told to respond completely truthfully to their questions, no matter how strange.
Observation Notes: SCP-6006 greeted the test subject with a disgusted look, commenting on the test subjects choice of outfit colour. The test subject went to speak, but was cut off by SCP-6006. SCP-6006 asked if, ██████████████████████████████████████████, to which the test subject responded with a look of shock, and then nodded soon after. The subject smiled, and nodded, proceeding to encourage them to be truthful more often. The subject then offered the test subject a sip of wine, to which the test subject accepted. SCP-6006 began to ask questions about their family, and their life.
