There are not any concrete proofs this is an SCP or a foundation fail. Do NOT conduct any unauthorized experiment or aproach the subject.
It is encouraged to call the subject "Amnius" for already mentioned reasons.

Containment procedures:
Amnius is to be contained in site [DATA EXPUNGED], as it is probably a foundation room.
Description:
Amnius its a 20 x 20 x 20 meters room located in site[DATA EXPUNGED] made out of concrete, steel and other standart materials of the facility. It is extremely dark with only a single, weak light inside from a non-identified object, and filled with a gas substance similar to Y-909.
Anyone who enters the room without any equipment will instantly fall asleep and forget everything from within 12 hours before the incident (The subject will be called "Amnius-1" from this point beyond.). Amnius-1 can't be awokened, breath or move any part of his body during it's six (6) to eight (8) hours sleep. Any nearby personell needs to carry him as far as possible from the subject within ten (10) minutes, so the effects can be reduced.
After that, Amnius-1 needs to be under constant vigilance until it wake up in the case of hapenning any other anomalous event. After aweaking, Amnius-1 will stand still for aproximadly 3 minutes before starting to scratch its head gradually faster and stronger for 2 minutes straight, until it punches his own face and begin to ask or wonder whats happening.
If the subject enters the room with equipment*, it will have the same effects as Amnius-1. However, the equipment will begin to turn into Amnius-1-B, wich is a viscosous, large, sapient gel-like substance made of the same material as the original equipment. Amnius-1-b it's extremely hostile and fast, wich will try to manipulate the brain of anyone nearby trought fully entering it's mouth, and ordenate it to take Amnius-1-B to the original local of creation of the equipment (such as an industry.). If suceed, it will begin to become more and mere liquid, until it starts to increasing its temperature and boil, truning into gas, no matter what is the material, and then vanish. The brain of the used person will suffer minor damage, most likely presenting difficulty to move the lower members for few weeks.
It is unknown if this is a huge fail while experimenting with Y-909 or an anomalous event.
*Anything not alive weighting more than 5lb.
