Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX should be kept in a filing cabinet at site 19 after the event of SCP XXXX /1 (see addendum SCP XXXX/1) SCP XXXX should be kept on a table inside an envelope in a regular human holding containment cell at site 19.
The cell needs to be monitored by video surveillance at all times, one level 3 security guard informed of SCP XXXXs properties should be stationed in front of the cell at all times.
every document, picture, video footage or audio footage of SCP XXXX and or SCP XXXX-1 (including this file) should be copied and the older version should be destroyed by incineration (It is highly suggested not to keep documentation about SCP XXXX and or XXXX-1 in digital form) if not the document in question will begin to manifest similar properties as SCP XXXX, if that happens the document should be destroyed as soon as possible, if destruction is not currently available the document should be named SCP XXXX Alpha and scheduled for destruction via incineration.

Description.
SCP XXXX is a sheet of paper of A4 format with the title of “My letter to you” and the content of which is written in scribbled unreadable lines.
Signed author of the text is “I, Nikola Tesla”

Anomalous properties of SCP XXXX are manifested in a way that the person viewing SCP XXXX starts to see the scribbled lines forming into normal text with an entity calling itself “the overseer” speaking to the person reading the text (see test log SCP XXXX/1)
SCP XXXX is indestructible by any means.

Another anomalous property of SCP XXXX is that it serves as a “beacon” to which the SCP XXXX-1 can travel (see SCP XXXX-1 interview log/1).
SCP XXXX is a humanoid shapeshifter possesses a great intellect far greater than the normal intellect of a human being, besides its intellect SCP XXXX-1 possesses great knowledge of basically everything that it has been asked.
Usually if in its humanoid form SCP XXXX-1 would wear the clothes corresponding to the dressing standard of the time it is appearing in.
Beside shape-shifting, SCP XXXX possesses abilities to materialize small objects in its hands (like apples and bottled water) (see interview log SCP XXXX-1)
After the materialization of the entity was finished and the SCP XXXX/1 event was concluded SCP XXXX-1 would sit on a chair present in the containment cell and wait for approximately 30 minutes until the “meeting” starts.
If the meeting doesn’t start in 5 minutes SCP XXXX-1 would look at the video monitoring camera and ask in a polite tone the person currently looking at the video feed (addressing it by its 1st name) to call the person with which the SCP XXXX-1 has arranged the meeting.
If the “meeting” doesn’t happen SCP XXXX-1 would slowly fade out.
If the person that SCP XXXX-1 has arranged the “meeting” has come SCP XXXX-1 would sit next to the person and require from the person to start asking questions
Until his death Dr. Joseph Brown was the “person” with which SCP XXXX-1 would arrange meetings, after his death, SCP XXXX-1 chose Dr. Alexandra Miller as the new “person” with which SCP XXXX would arrange meetings.

Until the time of 10. March 2019. there was only 1 meeting between SCP XXXX-1 and other “person” Dr. Alexander Jones conducted on the 10.July 1958. (see “meeting log /1”).
After March. 10. 2019. SCP XXXX-1 established a routine of breaks between “meetings” being around 5 years.
Up until now, there were only 2 containment breaches involving SCP XXXX the first one taking time during the 1st event of SCP XXXX/1 and the second one happening on ██. ████████ involving ████████.

Retrieval
SCP XXXX was retrieved on 7th January 1943 after the death of Nikola Tesla by MTF IOTA-10(damn feds) along SCP XXXX more anomalies were recovered such as ████████.

Addendum first SCP XXXX/1 event. Interviews were recorded a couple of hours after the initial event
After the event has begun Junior researcher Joseph Brown sounded the alarm.
Security proceeded to contain the entity.
After realizing that the entity cannot be contained the security forces proceeded to terminate the entity.
The entity ran towards the Euclid holding and started releasing Euclid class SCPs (possibly to stop the security team from terminating it)
While chasing the “entity” security staff managed to corner the entity in a “blind corner of the facility”, Pvt Kyle managed to shoot the entity with approximately 120 rounds of 7,62x51NATO ammunition.
After the seen effect that the rounds had on the creature (which was none), LtCpl Mike Bullock threw a grenade at the entity.
After the dust which was risen by the grenade explosion has cleared the security staff suspected that the entity was successfully terminated even though there was no body to prove that claim, which later turned not to be true (see “meeting log /1”)

Dr. Jones: (turns to the 1 way mirror viewing the room, picks up the note given by Junior researcher Joseph, goes to the window sticks the note on the window and says) do everything this note says, oh and call me LtCpl: Bullock is that ok ? in [REDACTED] hours. I ‘m about to have a meeting with some shabby wizard, you Joseph, you are free to go, oh and you have a free day off, is that right? We all need rest.

Dr. Jones: Ok Mike I presume you know why I called you?
LtCpl Mike: Yes, Doc I know.
Dr. Jones: Well I think you also know we have gotten almost the whole Euclid wing released by that “thing” can you explain how the hell did he manage to do it.
LtCpl Mike: Don’t know sir we were chasing it to the Euclid holding when all of a sudden it started to open the cells.
Dr. Jones: The cells?
LtCpl Mike: Yes Doc the fucking cells, and that’s not all it seemed like it knew which cells to open, I mean only euclids that came out were, well let's say the most fucked up ones.
Dr. Jones: Hm? It seems we have a big problem on our hands, in the report of the incident it is stated that Pvt Kyle shot, a whole belt from a machine gun grade bullets at the creature?
LtCpl Mike: Yes Doc he did, he was not the only one who was shooting at it, all of us were, I mean we dispensed at least 200 rounds at it, it seemed that the bullets just, just fucking stood still the moment they were needed to hit it.
Dr. Jones: Okay but it says that you managed to terminate it
LtCpl Mike: Well we were shootings and Jack came to an idea to throw a grenade at it, it seemed even though it can take a lot of damage this was too much for it.
Dr. Jones: Okay is that all of it LtCpl?
LtCpl Mike: Yes doc!
Dr. Jones: Okay dismiss…
(in-room intercom): Ugh Dr. Jones the “meeting” is going to start in 10 minutes, you should get ready.

(while Dr. Jones was sitting SCP XXXX-1 materialized out of nowhere, it seems that the entity materializes only when no one looks at the spot where it has materialized, it has been noted that all people viewing the materialization of SCP XXXX-1 seem to have an unexplained urge to blink just when the entity starts to materialize (this is also true for any and all video material involving SCP XXXX-1 materialization), which gives an impression of instant materialization.)

SCP XXXX-1: Greetings doctor.
Dr. Jones: Woah, that was unexpected.

2 months after the interview log/1 an on site nuclear warhead leak happened. During the leak dr Brown was highly eradiated, although he survived the initial radiation sicknes one year after the incident he was diagnosed with highly volotile form of lung cancer, although by the time of the interview dr Brown was in a bad condition he insisted on conducting the interview by himself.

Dr Brown:So why did you choose this reality if there are many others out there.
SCP XXXX-1:This reality is special, it can be saved unlike most others that are doomed to fail.
