Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in a special containment cell and it must be watched 24/7 but at least 3 trained personnel. The containment cell and the room where it is being watched from must be soundproof, and if SCP-XXXX is to be talked or interacted with, someone must always not be hearing SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature, it has been measured to be around 180cm or around 5,9 feet. SCP-XXXX has identified itself as a male therefore it will be referred to as such from now on. He looks like a middle-aged man in his 50's, although his hair is blond in its entirety. The creature looks fit, tall and human, although the latter has not been confirmed either by him or the foundation. He's always found wearing a scientist coat and glasses, attempts to strap him out of his clothes seems to be futile, as he quickly becomes angry and aggressive. He is highly intelligent and conscient of where he is and what the Foundation is as if he already had been there. In fact, he has been known to try and talk to personnel calling them by their names, even those who he hasn't personally ever met.
SCP-XXXX was captured in a northwestern part of Spain, where he allegedly hid in a village called "San Vicente de Toldaos". He was found in a small rural house, separated from the rest of the villagers, who promptly reported to the authorities his weird behaviour. Upon further research of the area, witnesses reported that he would only come out to ask for food or specific materials, which he always got, as he seemed to be able to convince anyone who talked to him. Even those who felt rejection towards him seemed to be pleased with him only after a few minutes of chat.
When SCP personnel entered his house they found that the house had been turned into a pleasant looking house, which at first seemed to confuse the SCP-Team. He was shortly after found in a room where he sat in a "Doctor-like" chair, staring calmly at the Strike Team. He willingly surrendered himself to the Foundation, or so he claims.
Upon arrival to the foundation, he was prematurely classified as a "potential-safe-SCP" or maybe not even one. However, after a quick interview, he was quickly classified as a Keter SCP.
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr Francis
Dr. Francis: So… What's your name? Can you speak my language?
SCP-XXXX: Oh yes definitely, and I'd like you to call me Doctor.
Dr. Francis: Doctor…? *waits for an answer but gets none*
Dr. Francis: Well then, "Doctor". What were you doing alone in that village, no one seems to know who or what are you.
SCP-XXXX: Why don't you tell me first why have you taken me here? You don't seem to have any real reason whatsoever, therefore having me cuffed it seems to be honest, quite unfair.
Dr. Francis: Well… That's not what I asked, and I'm the one who asks questions here. Your questions will be answered when you cooperate with us so we can understand what were you doing in that village, can you even speak Spanish? You seem to speak English as your native tongue right?
SCP-XXXX: Firstly, Francis, yes I do speak Spanish, and English and many other languages, I'm also a scientist like you, although I study… different things.
Dr. Francis: Those things being…?
SCP-XXXX: I study the human mind Francis, in fact, I'm studying yours right now, and the minds of the personnel who are looking at us talk. *Glances towards the camera*
Dr. Francis: So, you are a psychologist.
SCP-XXXX: No, but let's say it's close enough for you to understand.
Dr. Francis: You seem to be the one that doesn't understand the situation. *In a higher tone* You need to stop this bullshit right now, and start answering with respect and in a clear manner, or we will be forced to use worse methods to make you talk.
SCP-XXXX: Of course, Doc, I was by no means trying to be disrespectful to you, I'm sorry, I understand you are also a man of science, therefore it's natural that you want clear and logic answers, we only seek the truth do we?
Dr. Francis: Yes, we do. So now, could you, please, answer my question.
SCP-XXXX: Of course, of course, could you please formulate the question once more? I've forgotten what you asked before. *He moves his fingers in circles slightly while he talks*
Dr. Francis: Emmm… *Confused he starts looking at his clipboard in search of the question*
SCP-XXXX: Don't worry Doctor! We all forget things once in a while!
*SCP-XXXX stands there quiet, with a subtle smile looking directly at the doctor, while Francis frantically looks for question in his papers, feeling more and more confused with time. He then stops and looks at SCP-XXXX in silence, without even moving.
Dr. Francis: What the… *Looks around and suddenly stands up and leaves the room*
Aftermath: Dr Francis quickly ran out of the room, entered the surveillance room, and without even saying a word took the key of the handcuffs from one guard, who was suddenly shot by one of the others guards when he tried to stop the scientist. Dr Francis quickly freed SCP-XXXX and afterwards stabbed himself in the eye with a pencil, killing himself. The guard shortly after shot himself.
SCP-XXXX accommodated his glasses and walked out of the room, where he was quickly stopped by Foundation personnel who heard the gunshots and quickly put him in a Containment cell. Almost breaching again when after briefly talking to one of the guards, the guard also tried to kill his colleagues, before being shot.
Due to this SCP-XXXX is believed to be evil, or of unknown goals. Why he supposedly tried to leave the Foundation while he claims to have willingly joined it is unknown.
It's not yet known how he manages to "enslave" people so quickly, but scientists believe that he first will establish a conversation with the subject to try and "analyze" him. Shortly after he can manage to "hypnotize" the subject into doing anything that can benefit SCP-XXXX. The subject will kill himself after less than 5 minutes. It's not yet known if SCP-XXXX is the one that orders them to kill themselves or the subjects deciding to do it.
It's theorised that SCP-XXXX is extremely intelligent, and can easily manipulate anyone, no matter how hard they try. Even Class-D subjects who have been informed of what SCP-XXXX will try to do to them get "enslaved", most of them in less than 10 minutes of talking. This "enslavement" seems to be sudden, as the subject will go from distress and confusion to quickly lose control.
The "enslaved" who are called "SCP-XXXX-1" don't seem to talk or express any emotion, therefore the Foundation questions if SCP-XXXX has any relation with SCP-049. Further research must be conducted to try and see if they are related in any way.
It's not known if he can "enslave" other SCPs but as a preemptive measure, it has been strictly forbidden to let him interact with any SCP that could cause damage, as it is feared that his actual objective is to take control of stuff and Foundation personnel to try and take control of the Foundation, therefore the reason he surrendered to us.
It's also not known if "enslaved" humans can be cured, or stopped from killing themselves, although it seems likely, as it seems to be a "hypnotic" state, unlike the state of the creatures that SCP-049 creates.
