Description:
SCP-4979 is an event that happens every year, occurring on █/██.
SCP-4979 is described by its viewers as “The most beautiful thing ever”. An agent who witnessed SCP-4979 said he heard a barely intelligible voice (for more information, see Addendum-4979-1). SCP-4979 was discovered on █/█/1990, in ██████, Alaska.
SCP-4979 causes severe brain trauma, leading to death.
Subjects of SCP-4979 (SCP-4979-2), in spite of being brain dead, have repeatedly tried to expose others to SCP-4979 or if the 10h event has passed, have tried to [REDACTED],
all the while talking about “preserving the queens” (See Addendum-4979-2). All instances of SCP-4979-2 are to be terminated, and have autopsy performed on their brains.
Addendum-4979-1 (Discovery):
Agent ████ was sent to investigate SCP-4979 after a series of murders were reported.
Agent ████ arrived at the site, and had reported back documentation proving the existence of SCP-4979.
Team Ota-49 was dispatched at the site to contain SCP-4979 and provide resources for in-detail research of SCP-4979 and 4979-2.

D-79445 sees SCP-4979 and begins to talk unintelligibly.
Dr.King: “D-79445 please report any anomalous properties.”
D-79445: “I… I have to guard my queens! I need to-”

D-49445 stops talking and attacks Dr.King
Guards rush in and terminate D-79445, Dr.King sustained minor injuries.
Addendum-4979-2:
Dr.King: “After the incident (Addendum-4979-2), I have issued an order to terminate all subjects exposed to SCP-4979 on site, pictures and videos don't seem to have an effect.”

Subjects history: Subject sentenced to jail for armed robbery and murder of a civilian.

D-7008: “Nothing unusual. It's some kind of a… light show? is that what it's called?”
Dr.King: "Yes, but this is very different. Anyways, you will be escorted to the medical center for a check-up, remain calm and report anything you deem unusual that happens to you."
D-7008: "Okay."

D-7008 was interviewed and his brain scanned, no anomalous properties were found.
