Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5274 requires a very careful procedure in order to contain it. In a containment cell must be lined with lead to prevent Psychic damage to personnel as well as security guarding the entrance. Only level three personnel are allowed to enter the containment cell, and with security in case something goes wrong. The containment cell must have another cell within it with the same lead lining but also must be reinforced so that level-3 personnel do not get mauled and then eaten by the entity.
Due to its secretive nature and the fact that it has an impenetrable hide, it can only be put into its containment cell by means of drugging it through consumption of meat, or anything really. D-class personnel are allowed to be used as the means to drug SCP-5274.
SCP-5274 can also be led into containment by means of baiting it into the cell, for the entity is not as smart as a human in terms of intelligence and awareness. The bait may be a D-class subject, but it can also be any form of 'food' for SCP-5274.
The entity MUST be contained one of the two ways, otherwise it will breach containment and escape. If SCP-5274 does manage to escape, the facility must go on lock down and the Researchers and D-class must be escorted out by their corresponding extraction groups. The entity must be eliminated, or, at the very least, contained to prevent killings in the surrounding area.
Description: SCP-5274 is a wolf-like entity with four front wolf legs, two of which are at the front and the other two are in between the hind legs and the frontal legs. The entity has a wolf head with no eyes or sockets, body, and legs the tail being a manticore's tail, being that of a scorpion's tail it can pierce almost anything and just a scratch from it can cause major illness and even death if not treated. It is ten feet tall and is 20 feet long with its tail stretched out and 13 feet without it's tail stretched out.
SCP-5274, having psychic abilities, can only have its vision negated by putting it into a lead lined containment cell. The entity has immense strength and speed, the speed which is able to be negated by forcing it into a small space and keeping it from large, open spaces.
SCP-5274 is also able to ███ anything, and everything meaning that it can ███████ in any ███████. But, the entity can also be tricked into going places due to the entity not having the intelligence or the awareness that a human does. For example, it can be baited into a containment cell in order to contain it. It can understand human speech, but cannot speak. It can however use it's █████████████████ to communicate with humans, or other species, if it so wishes. It kills with it's own free will and will most definitely try to breach containment.

Dr. Kob: "Hello Subject…" He looks down at the clipboard in his hands, "33."
Subject 33: The subject sits down after entering the room, "Hello Dr. Kob, you wanted to speak with me?"
Dr. Kob: "Yes, I need you to tell me all that you know about SCP-5274."
Subject 33: "Of course, what do you want to know first?"
Dr. Kob: He writes it down on his clipboard, "Alright, what else?"
Dr. Kob: "Interesting." He writes those down on his clipboard as well. "What does it look like and how big is it?"
Subject 33: The subject clears their throat before speaking, "Well, it is ten feet tall, and twenty feet long with its tail out, and 13 feet long with its tail not out. It has six limbs, two in the front, two in the middle, and two hind legs, a wolf head with no eyes or sockets, and a scorpion tail, like on a manticore. That is about it for what it looks like."
Dr. Kob: He writes the information down then looks back up at Subject 33, "Thank you, you will be rewarded for your services." He gets up and holds out his hand.
Subject 33: Subject 33 gets up as well and shakes Dr. Kob's hand, "You're welcome Dr. Kob, and thank you."
