This document has been declassified following the termination of SCP-XXXX on 2-15-2019.

Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX must be kept 23 km underground at Area 02 in a 20m by 20m by 20m containment cell, with 15 cm thick walls made of RRM(Radioactive-Reflecting-Material). No life forms of any kind are allowed within 60 meters of SCP-XXXX(See SCP-XXXX-1). Interviews with SCP-XXXX have stopped due to fear of another instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

If SCP-XXXX should breach containment, alert all personnel within 23 km to search for and contain SCP-XXXX. All cases of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be shot at and if still alive, quarantined.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity discovered in Monterey Park, California on 1-15-2017, after numerous reports of SCP-XXXX-A in the surrounding area.

SCP-XXXX takes the appearance of a 28 year old French male who wears a red-checkered coat and green cargo pants 47 year old English male who is commonly seen wearing the attire of SCP Foundation members. Its facial features are mutton chops and a haircut resembling that of British actor Matt Smith. SCP-XXXX's hands are replaced by what observers describe as "white fire", or SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX's feet are not human and instead take on the appearance of what observers describe as "a rock that someone miserably failed to sculpt into a foot". SCP-XXXX's eyes are black and have no pupils.

SCP-XXXX has the ability to disappear and reappear anywhere in a 23 km radius(except in solid substances). This is not limited to the ground, as SCP-XXXX has been reported teleporting in the atmosphere(see incident SCP-XXXX-B) and underground. First, SCP-XXXX-A from SCP-XXXX's hands will engulf it, and SCP-XXXX-A would burn away, leaving nothing. In the area that SCP-XXXX is teleporting to, SCP-XXXX-A would appear, followed by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A has been estimated to have a temperature of 7900 Kelvin, though it does not combust any surrounding substances, even if such substances are highly flammable.

SCP-XXXX has been known to cause numerous containment breaches, usually by turning a high class Foundation member into an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, and using the SCP-XXXX-1 instance to release SCP-XXXX and other SCPs.

In containment, some observations have been made about SCP-XXXX.
1. SCP-XXXX is able to be injured by things that can normally injure a human being. SCP-XXXX will then begin to regenerate its body, taking anywhere from 12 seconds, to 2 days. SCP-XXXX does not appear to need any type of nourishment, and instead seems to be living off of SCP-XXXX-A.
2. SCP-XXXX constantly emits around 2 million bequerels an hour, which has been thought to come from SCP-XXXX-A. When this radiation is reflected at SCP-XXXX using RFM, SCP-XXXX's teleportation range will decrease to 0.02 km, and range of SCP-XXXX-1 to 6 meters.
3. In now discontinued interviews with SCP-XXXX, it has been shown that SCP-XXXX has the ability to speak French, Mandarin, and English.
4. Cameras and microphones do not work in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, presumably because of SCP-XXXX-A.

SCP-XXXX-1: Another anomalous property that SCP-XXXX possesses is the ability to mentally take over any living life form in 51 meters, regardless if the being has a brain or not. This allows SCP-XXXX to gain total access over the being's next actions. SCP-XXXX will also demonstrate mastery of the life forms skills while it is being controlled whether SCP-XXXX knows the skills or not. An instance of this happening is SCP-XXXX-1.

Before a case of SCP-XXXX-1 happens, SCP-XXXX will appear to lose consciousness, and fall over. When this happens, SCP-XXXX loses its ability of teleportation until the case of SCP-XXXX-1 ends. In the life form that SCP-XXXX is controlling, it too will fall unconscious. After a period of 2 seconds to 5 minutes, the life form will begin moving again. If SCP-XXXX is still unconscious at this time, that means SCP-XXXX has successfully gained mental control of the life form. The instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will not gain the ability to teleport from SCP-XXXX. If the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is killed, or if SCP-XXXX stopped trying to control the instance, SCP-XXXX will regain consciousness. After SCP-XXXX-1 has ended, the life form will usually die within 6 minutes, and if still alive, does not show memory of being in the instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

Dr. White: "To all personnel within 23 kilometers, SCP-XXXX has been spotted in the hallways of Site 11! An instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is currently happening, as the body of SCP-XXXX is currently unconscious! All MTF personnel please report to Hall-"

Dr. White: "We still on? Alright. SCP-XXXX has been successfully been captured by MTF personnel. Guys we're fine. The containment escape, or whatever you guys call it has ended. Continue on with your normal business. We're done here."

Addendum: After the containment breach, Dr. Alex White was found dead in his office, most likely caused by an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

The Ghutine Vine

Special Containment Procedures: So, far SCP-XXXX-1, 2, 3, and A are all already contained in their 40-mile deep chamber, which Site-475 was built around, thanks to the actions of the Ghutine Tribe on 1183 AD.

If a containment breach of SCP-XXXX-1 or 2 occurs, begin carrying out Procedure-540-Nadilenth.

THIS IS TO BE SEEN AND REMEMBERED BY ALL PERSONNEL AT SITE-475
Procedure-540-Nadilenth:
1. In a containment breach of SCP-XXXX-1 and/or 2 is to put Site-475 on lockdown. MTF-Lambada-46 (Napalm Monkeys), if available, are to assist in the recontainment of SCP-XXXX-1 and 2.
2. All personnel at Site-475 are to go to the nearest Orange Emergency Box to them, and open it. To open an Orange Emergency Box during a containment breach, run your keycard on the scanner on the left, and pull on the right handle to open the lid. Inside the Box are the two tools you will use to recontain SCP-XXXX-1 and 2, along with 6 injection pens to slow effects of SCP-XXXX-3, a med-kit, and 4 gas masks to prevent inhaling of SCP-XXXX-3. If needed, personnel are to hide in one of the various Safe-Chambers located throughout Site-475, which are protected by 10 centimeter walls of titanium. Inside a Safe-Chamber are an Orange Emergency Box and enough rations to last about 1 month.
Napalm Spray The first tool the Box provides are 2 quarter-liter cans of Foundation-Grade Napalm Spray. The Napalm Spray is to be sprayed on any mass of SCP-XXXX-1 to burn it. Please note that the Napalm Spray is not Do not extinguish any of the fire unless SCP-XXXX-1 has successfully been recontained.
Cyanide Spray The second tool provided by the box are 4 quarter-liter cans of Foundation-Grade Cyanide Spray. Please note that the Cyanide Spray is not effective on SCP-XXXX-1. The Cyanide Spray is to be used on any swarms of hives of SCP-XXXX-2 found within the containment breach.
Injection Pens This tool is to be used on anybody who shows the first to third stage of being infected by SCP-XXXX-3. The cap of the pen is to be taken off by unscrewing it, and the needle is to be injected in the thigh or forearm of the person effected. This will not cure them of SCP-XXXX-3, it will only slow the effects by around 60%. If the person shows the fourth stage of SCP-XXXX-3, do not inject the pen to them, as it will have no effect.
Med-Kit The contents of the Medical Kit include: 1 cup of Numbing Gel, 1 cup of 128 light allergen pills, and 4 Testing-Grade Revival Syringes.
The Numbing Gel is to be applied on any areas of extreme pain to numb it. The gel is able to make extremely excruciating pain feel like a slight tingle, and will speed up cell regeneration in the area by 40%. Do not use the Numbing Gel on any area where bone is exposed, as it will start acidifying the bone.
The allergen pills are to be taken if any signs of an allergic reaction are displayed to SCP-XXXX-1, 2 or 3. These pills do not require water, and have proven very effective in stopping most allergens from harming the body.
The 4 Testing-Grade Revival Syringes are still in testing stages, and have so far only been distributed at Site-475. To use it, unscrew the cap off to expose the needle, and inject on the chest or neck. This will revive people who are either unconscious, in a coma, or have been medically dead for under 3 minutes.
3. Personnel who were not able to access an Orange Emergency Box or Safe-Chamber are advised not to make contact with any of the flowers or fruits of SCP-XXXX-1.
4. Personnel are to hold off SCP-XXXX-1 and/or 2 as long as they are able to, until SCP-XXXX-1 and/or 2 have been successfully recontained. When SCP-XXXX-1 and/or 2 have successfully been recontained, then Procedure-540-Nadilenth can conclude.
