Description: SCP 1931 is a simple ring, with the color pattern of yellow and white, with tiny angel wings on the back of it, when someone wears it, they have the ability of an Angel, they can fly, go at speeds clocking at 1000+ KPS. The wearer gets an ability to generate a sword, with the same abilities as SCP 001-2, obliterating anything in it’s path.
