Anno: Mutationem

Anno: Mutationem game on Steam developed by ThinkingStars and published by Lightning Games. A developer stated on their discord server here that the game was not using any direct references to the Foundation. However, this does not appear to be the case, as the game (as seen on Steam):

  • Has a reptilian creature reminiscent of SCP-682's design in the first video (at 0:40) and in the second video (0:15)
  • A helicopter with the Foundation's arrow logo can be spotted at the beginning of the second video.
  • In the second video (0:11), a man in a labcoat can be seen standing before thirteen pillars of some sort, each one marked with a number from 1 to 13. Appears to be a reference to the Overseer's Council.
  • A van with the letters "SCP" on it can be seen in the second video (0:28) very quickly. Details are not sharp enough, but it appears to have the "Secure, Contain, Protect" underneath it as well.

The game is cited on steam as "©2019-2020 Shenzhen Leiting Information Technology Co., Ltd all rights reserved. Developed by Beijing ThinkingStars Technology Development Co., Ltd." Does not have any reference to the SCP Foundation or a Creative Commons license. No release date or price tag has been released yet.

The developers have been accused in the past of stealing assets for their game Fringe Wars (which was suppossed to have released in 2018, but did not happen), as mentioned here. The company is named OasisGames rather than ThinkingStars, but this TheGamer article confirms them as one and the same.

Anno: Mutationem was also recently featured in Sony's State of Play last Thursday, which suggests that the game will most likely be completed and published, unlike Fringe Wars.
