Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a spherical dome with a radius of no less than 300 meters and a height of no less than 150 meters. Whenever personnel must enter SCP-XXXX's containment chamber they are not to interact with SCP-XXXX unless given permission by the facility manager or any member of 05-Command or if SCP-XXXX wishes to talk with the personnel. In the event of a containment breach by SCP-XXXX all personnel must enter the nearest shelter or evacuate the facility until SCP-XXXX has been contained by the MTF. The only known weapons that appear to injure or incapacitate SCP-XXXX are endothermic reactions of some kind. Once SCP-XXXX has been incapacitated SCP-XXXX is to be put back into his containment chamber and all personnel are allowed to return to their stations. SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is to represent a northern forest with multiple pines and evergreens and with a river that will be biweekly replenished with fish as a food source for SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX's chamber is to be cleaned and inspected weekly to remove organic waste and check the integrity of the chamber. No personnel are to go near or enter SCP-XXXX's den without SCP-XXXX's approval or consent.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a large sentient dragonlike creature that has a wingspan of 14 meters and is 8 meters long. SCP-XXXX weighs 850 kilograms and is completely black. SCP-XXXX's skin appears to be indestructible and no sample has been successfully removed. SCP-XXXX can absorb every known form of energy but doesn't appear to release it except when SCP-XXXX fires it's bolts of extremely hot plasma from its mouth. SCP-XXXX was captured by the foundation as of █/█/1997 and has been contained in site-██ in the USA.
Addendum: All tests to be carried out involving SCP-XXXX require approval from at least 80% of 05-Command all tests carried out without permission form 05-Command before █/██/14 are to be kept off record till they have been verified by 05-Command. To this day there have been 37 recorded tests and 3 are awaiting approval to be carried out.
