Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6000 is to be kept in a 200x100ft area with steel walls. Its Containment Cell is a tightly made area that no air can travel in or out of.
SCP-6000 should be fed raw meat every hour to keep from the destruction of Site-██ and the staff residing in it. SCP-6000 is fed through a special airtight tube connecting to its chamber to keep it from breaching.
Description: SCP-6000 is a long black creature made out of a thick mist-like substance. SCP-6000 has the ability to travel by wind allowing it to go anywhere it pleases. If SCP-6000 were in any circumstance not to be fed or maintained SCP-6000 would expand and after a certain amount of time would [DATA REDACTED]. Data on SCP-6000 has been reported that when the SCP is anywhere around a living being it will slowly consume them and no traces of the human/animal will be found. Scientific studies show that SCP-6000 evaporates anything it gets hold of and will then absorb its nutrients.
Incident Log: Cases have shown that SCP-6000 has killed at least 70,562 humans and animals in the time that it was not contained. One of these incidents took place out in a city in Texas where SCP-6000 brutally killed hundreds. No bodies were found after the incident, all that was left debris left by abandoned cars that crashed and a few clothing pieces.
Addendum: We have been notified that if SCP-6000 were to be released it would be capable of destroying all life on earth and then consume the planet in a heavy fog.
