Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked aluminum room fitted with an emergency water sprinkler. This water sprinkler must be connected to a supply of 100% acetic acid. All windows looking into the room must be made of acrylic glass. SCP-XXXX must be heavily lubricated every 48 hours.

Description: Item SCP-XXXX appears to be an irregular arrangement of various metal objects including an industrial oven, three tuba bells, a car battery, and a lightning rod, all welded together. These metal objects are larger than their everyday counterparts. SCP-XXXX is 2.84m tall, 1.80m wide, and 2.12m long.

When SCP-XXXX is provided with a sufficient electrical current, it will begin operation. SCP-XXXX will psychologically attach to any biological lifeforms in the room. DURING TESTING, SCP-XXXX MUST NOT BE ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD. SCP-XXXX WILL ATTACH TO ALL ACCESSIBLE BIOLOGICAL LIFEFORMS. SCP-XXXX seems to have unlimited range, however it can be confined by physical barriers.

While attached to a subject, SCP-XXXX will begin gathering information about the lifeforms and objects of the subject's dreams. After a brief period of approximately one minute, SCP-XXXX will open, revealing a malformed copy of an object from the subject's dream. This object is classified as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 can be anything including a person or animal. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are chemically composed exclusively of calcium carbonate despite looking and feeling like the real-life counterparts of the object. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are almost always hostile.

If SCP-XXXX goes unlubricated for over 48 hours, it will turn itself on, even if no energy source is attached, seemingly entering a distress mode. In this distress mode, it will excrete a lubricating substance from it's tuba bells while continuously generating new instances of SCP-XXXX-1. The appearances of these instances currently have an unknown origin. SCP-XXXX's distress mode will last for approximately 25 minutes before it shuts itself down again, now covered in a lubricant substance. At this point, overhead water sprinklers connected to a supply of 100% acetic acid should be turned on to dissolve all SCP-XXXX-1 instances.

Special Containment Procedures: The Foundation has assisted the Canadian Department of National Defense in containing the anomaly. The area is gated by a 2.5 meter tall chain-linked fence accompanied with numerous signs noting that the area is federal property and that trespassers will be prosecuted. Sandbags stacked to a minimum of two are to be placed lining the waterside. These sandbags should be offset by 4 meters from the waterside. 250ml of 1.4% polyvinyl alcohol are to be administered into the anomaly every 30 days in the winter, and every 60 days in spring, summer, and autumn.

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a large living eyeball embedded in a 12.5 square meter opening in the ground of a natural forest in Quebec, Canada. The volume of the eyeball is suspected to be approximately 90 square meters but this is not confirmed.

To an unknowing individual the anomaly may be confused for a lake of freshwater with a dark black tint as the iris and pupil take up most of the visible portion of the anomaly, but the sclera is visible when the anomaly looks to one side.

The anomaly can create tears and has been known to "cry" which may flood the surrounding area¹. The cause of this "crying" is unknown but there are multiple theories proposing possible causes². Tears produced by SCP-XXXX are similar to human basal tears³. It's important to note that SCP-XXXX has no eyelids and thus is unable to blink.

If polyvinyl alcohol is not administered, SCP-XXXX's cornea will become red and dry, and it will expell massive amounts of tears as lubrication. This issue is very prevalent in the winter.
