Special Containment Procedures: the two SCP-4000 units are to be kept at Site-76 in a locked room inside a safe. Said safe doesn’t have a door, but all of the upper half can be removed to open it, this was made like this in order to facilitate the use of SCP-4000. The safe can only be opened using three Level-3 keycards or upwards
The room in which SCP-4000 is contained needs to be guarded at all times by two armed guards at the entrance, any unauthorized personnel trying to sneak into the room needs to be neutralized: Termination is allowed but not preferred.
Every single use of SCP-4000 is to be documented. Not documenting the use of SCP-4000 will result in a downgrade from Level-3 Personnel to Level-2.
Description: SCP-4000 consists of two objects: an anvil made of an unknown material resembling iron, which weights exactly 1.6 tons (SCP-4000-1) and a hammer made of the same material, weighting 10kg despite being only 18cm long (SCP-4000-2). If a person puts a small amount of melting iron (at least 23 grams) on top of SCP-4000-1 and then strikes it with SCP-4000-2, a weapon will materialize: what kind of weapon materializes depends on the user.
In other words, users of SCP-4000 can make any weapon they want just by striking melting iron on top of the anvil with the hammer. Weapons crafted using SCP-4000 can be of any material, shape, weight and size the user desires even though a little bit of iron is the material used to craft them, since the amount of iron used doesn’t seem to make a difference. Other metals don’t work with SCP-4000, so only melting iron can be used.
Users of SCP-4000 need to think of everything about the weapon they’re about to make clearly: not specifying about a property of the item will result in said property not existing or being randomized. Said weapons can also have paranormal properties if the user desires to.

Discovery:
I’m too tired right now to do a detailed discovery right now. Basically, two hikers were hiking to the top of the Mytikas Peak in Mt. Olympus, they found a small cave with the Anvil inside of it. Due to the anvil’s unusual location, they alerted the Greek government and the government sent personnel to retrieve it. When trying to retrieve the anvil the government noticed the unusual weight of it and decided to study it even more, and weren’t able to identify the anvil’s material. Mythologists said that the Anvil could be the one of Hephaestus, and the Greek government said “fuck it lets try to make something with this” and bam! They discovered this SCP’s anomalous properties.
