Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a concrete container when not in use for testing. A bookmark must be inside SCP-XXXX at all times. No any other SCPs are allowed near SCP-XXXX at any time.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a book measuring approximately 2X5in. SCP-XXXX has a black cover and and white pages with bold black text. The book is titled "The Guide to SCPs". No author was found when observing SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is written in English.
When anyone reads SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will give you information about every single SCP. When you read about any SCP, that specific SCP will be agitated at the reader if the SCP is sentient. If the SCP is not sentient however, nothing will happen. If you read about every single SCP, SCP-XXXX will give you an urge to breach the closest SCP. When SCP-XXXX was first found, It only showed the current SCPs that existed. As more SCPs were found, more was written inside SCP-XXXX. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX originated.
Burning or harming SCP-XXXX will result in death within the next 24 hours. SCP-XXXX will re-appear in it's last unharmed location in the next 24 hours as well.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered by Foundation personnel on 11/23/2005 in the city of ███████. SCP-XXXX was seen in a library on the floor rapidly changing titles and text. SCP-XXXX was contained without incident. A 61 year-old Caucasian male named Luke ████ reported a "Trippy book that keeps changing." Investigations searching for connections between the library and SCP-XXXX have so far been inconclusive.
