Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5279 is surrounded by a 104cm thick, 5.2m high concrete wall. All security personal are directly ordered to dispatch any and all trespassers on sight. In the occurrence of a breach by a civilian, he/she is too be detained, questioned, and the dispatched. If they do not give any information, dispatch them within one minute of the refusal. They may become class-D subjects if they so wish, but only the securities superiors are authorized to give this position out. SCP-5279 is consisted of a large area of forest, approximately 700sqm x 825sqm. Inside this area, there consisted of oak and birch trees, along with a much more predominant tree with a material not known to man. These trees are named SCP-5279-1A. Every tree inside this area is said to be in a constant state of hibernation, where no new sprouts grow on them at any given time. SCP-5279-1A however produce a fluorescent type of leaf, that give off a green or yellow hue only between the hours of [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED]. When said leaves come into contact with sunlight, they fall off of SCP-5279-1A and begin a violent and rapid decay sequence. there are currently no known ways to preserve any of these leaves for testing.

SCP-5279 has a large, perfectly circular pit in the center of itself. This said pit is surrounded by tree like beings, over 5.75m in height, and weighing over 300 kilograms. These beings are known respectfully as SCP-5279-1B. Said being become very violent towards humans and anything man made, including drones. SCP-5279-1B are said to guard the pit from anything from entering.
