Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell with soundproof walls. The containment cell is to be outfitted with a keyboard that is connected to an outside moniter for communcation between SCP-XXXX and assigned personnel. SCP-XXXX is permitted standard socialization and entertainment privileges, granted based on cooperation with site researchers. SCP-XXXX is not to be permitted to socialize without being fitted with a muzzle designed to prevent speech. This muzzle is to be put on SCP-XXXX by armed guards wearing foam ear plugs. If SCP-XXXX attempts to breach containment, the anesthetic halothane will be dispersed. All personnel who are exposed to SCP-XXXX speaking are to be restrained and given Class B amnestics.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male human of European descent, formerly known as Thomas ██████, 37 years old, and of average build. If SCP-XXXX makes a request or criticism, the person who hears it will immediately cease all other activities and attempt to fulfill that request or change was is being criticized, to such an extent that always causes bodily harm, if not death. The effects of SCP-XXXX do not occur with written requests, nor do they work when the request can not be heard. Once someone has heard a request from SCP-XXXX, they cannot be reasoned with by anyone, including SCP-XXXX, and will resort to violence if physically restrained. Sedation will temporarily stop the affected person, but once the sedation wears off they will immediately proceed to continue with the request. Amnestics are the only permanent solution to stopping a request.

Examinations of D-Class subjects exposed to SCP-XXXX show no change in brain activity.

Addendum XXXX-01: SCP-XXXX was discovered in █████ City at the restaurant ██████████ after an emergency call made by the owner was intercepted by local Foundation agents. According to witnesses,
