In order- The sun pulsed until 'imploding', it was more like it glowed extraordinarily bright until disappearing. The sun couldn't have been moved, or disappeared, as the temperature hadn't changed. Revised Description: SCP-XXXX is an event that may happen in the future, where following information has been deduced from the original/archived file an item referred to as 'SCP-XXXX-1'2 makes contact with the earth, causing some kind of change to the atmosphere which causes the sun to appear as if it is 'missing', however as Doctor. █████ pointed out, the sun vanishing with no changes to the planet is impossible. Implied in the archived files, there are multiple stages to an SCP-XXXX event. The first stage is said to feature3 the sun appearing as if it has disappeared, earthquakes, these are the only two we can be sure of.
PROTOCOL: THE SUN VANISHED:4 This protocol is to be performed every Thursday of every week at 06:34 PM precisely. The protocol consists of 3 satellites orbiting the sun at a safe distance, they each have microscopic lasers that are projected into the sun, which then turns the sun into a humongous scanner. It sends out a burst of energy which acts as a scanner transmitting to the satellites, if any unknown objects are detected, 24/7 viewing of the sun via satellite will be implemented. If the foundation is sure it is not a meteor, comet and or any other known object, the O5 Council is to be informed.
