Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5000 is to be contained in an air-tight container with the walls and lid comprised of a carbon alloy of which is to be 24cm thick and it to be kept in site-17. The container must be an 8 liter container to contain the SCP. SCP-5000’s outer cell is to be an 8ft3 concrete room with a wall thickness of 30cm. The outer cell is to be checked for cracks or openings that could cause a leakage and a potential containment breach. All openings or cracks in the containment cell or the container are to be reported and fixed immediately due to the extremely hostile nature of this SCP. Due to the dangerously high threat level of this SCP, SCP-5000’s container and outer cell must stay below boiling temperature to prevent a breach. During containment breaches, SCP-5000 is to be protected to prevent any leakages from the container of which will kill and spread around the site and could be updated to class Apollyon per the O5 Council.

SCP-5000 is to also be observed for changes in its chemical properties every fortnight, the chemical properties of SCP-5000 are to be below 2 on the pH scale and are to not be ingested in any way shape or form. Any inhalation, skin contact or tasting of SCP-5000 are not prohibited, personnel attempting this list of acts will be terminated and burned to prevent containment breaches and several loss of staff. The 6 types of SCP-5000 are to be kept in the same separate containment cells but in different conditions. All 6 types of SCP-5000 are to follow this routine on a daily basis. Teams of a maximum of 8 are to be keeping track of all the types of SCP-5000 and are to send reports to site manager after examination is completed. Exponential category types of SCP-5000 are to not be fed any organic mass what so ever. Any personnel attempting this are to be terminated on sight per the O5 council.

Description:
SCP-5000 is a virus that takes form of a bioluminescent liquid that heavily glows purple when disturbed or reacting. SCP-5000 comes in an 8 liter quantity and is highly toxic to any organic life around it. SCP-5000 can also take the form of a gas and a solid, becoming lighter than aerogel (said to be the lightest material on the planet) and becoming harder than Wurtzite. The hardest man-made material in the world. The default liquid state of SCP-5000 is similar to that of non-Newtonian fluid. SCP-5000 also seems to be sentient, reacting whenever it gets damaged or reacted with. SCP-5000 also seems to have a mind of its own. It speaks but not very often, SCP-5000 also appears to have a high vocabulary of the English language. Often being heard shouting slurs at researchers when samples are being taken for changes in its chemical makeup.

SCP-5000 was discovered on the west coast of [REDACTED], SCP-5000 was found by two [REDACTED] families of which were on holiday. During this time, SCP-5000 was 12 liters in volume and types A and E remained smaller than a pebble. The foundation was contacted and the entirety of SCP-5000, SCP-5000-A and E were transported to site-17. SCP-5000 can also split itself and create different types of itself. Of which are to be referred to as SCP-5000-A, B, C, D and E. These types of SCP-5000 are split in these 3 categories: Nobel, Unpredictable and Exponential. With type A and type E in the Nobel category, D and B in the unpredictable category and SCP-5000 and type C within the exponential category.

Nobel category
SCP-5000-A
SCP-5000-A is a lime green fluid and has the viscosity of a popped egg yolk. SCP-5000-A speaks to those in a light tone and is the least life threatening out of the 6 types. SCP-5000-A is the lowest on the pH scale at 14 and is non-toxic. When ingested in any way, shape or form, SCP-5000-A will give off a drug that can be used to treat wounds or even enhance physical capabilities.

SCP-5000-E
SCP-5000-E is a dark orange cube of which glows violently the closer an organic object is near. The measurements of SCP-5000-E are 20cm³ and at a weight of 77kg. SCP-5000-E is the second least life threatening out of the 6 types. SCP-5000-E speaks in a polite tone and can regenerate broken off pieces. The texture and durability of SCP-5000-E is similar to that of a block of compressed sand. SCP-5000-E is the second lowest on the pH scale at 12 and is also non-toxic to organic life. Ingesting SCP-5000-E has no effects except for quenching hunger or thirst.

Unpredictable category
SCP-5000-D
SCP-5000-D is a thick, brown gas that is heavier than mustard gas. SCP-5000-D speaks in a passive-aggressive tone to those around it and is toxic to organic life. SCP-5000-D is near the middle of the pH scale at 6.5 and can kill organic life within 2 minutes of exposure. SCP-5000-D when ingested via breathing, can cause flaming of the respiratory system and will eventually cause the respiratory system to rupture and shutdown.

SCP-5000-B
SCP-5000-B is a large chunk of what appears to be silicone plastic. SCP-5000-B speaks to those around it in an aggressive tone and is highly toxic upon skin contact. SCP-5000-B is an asymmetrical shape, with a perimeter of 180cm and a weight of 84kg. SCP-5000-B is also near the middle of the pH scale at a scale of 5.5. SCP-5000-B will disintegrate any organic material within minutes of contact with the object and there is no cure or solution for the occurrence.

Exponential category
SCP-5000-C
SCP-5000-C is a non-Newtonian-like substance and glows red violently when irritated. SCP-5000-C speaks to those around it in an extremely impolite tone and is aggressively toxic to all organic life. SCP-5000-C will melt all organic life around it, turning the victims into a maroon pile of goo and adding it to its mass. Currently, SCP-5000-C is at a volume of 24ml and is the second highest on the pH scale at a scale of 4.
