Special Containment Procedures: No special containment procedures requirements needed however, on site personnel must keep constant watch over SCP-5118 at all times. For if any change in the entity's behavior that causes the entity to become hostile, it will be constituted as a PATMOS-XK-class end-of-the-world scenario will begin. If this becomes the case personnel are required to contact and consult Patmos series of Emergency Orders immediately.
SCP-5118 is not located on any current site under the control of the foundation, instead is located on an island located near the center of the ████████ ocean. The island contains a large mountain at the center of the island at which SCP-5118 rests upon the top of. The area surrounding SCP-5118 is filled with lush vegetation and coral reefs in the water, however the area around surrounding the island is devoid of all signs of life other than the entity.
Description: SCP-5118 is a large luminous reptilian-like entity, approximately 28 meters in height. The entity has four luminous wing-like appendages emerging from SCP-5118's shoulders and back, however the appendages don't appear to be attached to the entity but act as if they do. SCP-5118 closely resembles an eastern European dragon in shape and movement. SCP-5118 has no visible scales, skin, or feathers, though SCP-5118 is composed of pastel yellows, pastel oranges, and whites coloring the SCP's body. The entity appears to contain no resemblance of a mouth or mouth like structure when the entity does contain a mouth but does need to use its mouth for commutations or vocal projections, with large bright blue eyes on SCP-5118 head. SCP-5118 contains two large straight horns affixed to the top of the entity's head, along with a long tail taking approximately 25-37% of the entity's total length.
SCP-5118 when first uncovered appeared to be in a state of hibernation. As of recently the entity awakened from its state of hibernation, this allowed further experimentation to be taken forth on SCP-5118. Well no resemblance of a mouth SCP-5118 is capable of conversing with all members of staff and on site personnel, the entity is seemingly able to speak with all languages that have been tested. This includes but not limited to, English, Arabic, Somalian, and Latin, along with multiple other ancient languages. SCP-5118 is extremely kind and friendly towards humans and other life forms such as canines and felines, however the entity has a hatred and/or distrust towards other SCP's. With the entity becoming extremely agitated and in some cases extremely aggressive and hostile. With only one exception being SCP-999, seemingly respecting the Tickle Monster.
Almost all other SCP's that come into contact with the entity show an irrational fear towards SCP-5118, becoming uncontrollable and tries to get as far as possible that the SCP can get from the entity. With some cases the SCP being used for testing wouldn't leave its transportation cage when arriving at the island that holds SCP-5118. There have not been any known cases of SCP-5118 being aggressive or agitated towards any human that comes into contact with the entity, however SCP-5118 seemingly studies all new and returning on site personnel, and staff members, watching them with curiosity.
The strength of SCP-5118 is currently still currently under investigation for testing of the entity appears to be its least priority. The SCP at this moment is capable of extreme demonstrations of power, with the entity capable of destroying material such as graphene with ease. Heavy machine fire seems to hardly affect SCP-5118 with firearms being an ineffective way of dealing damage towards the entity, however distilled vinegar seems to highly agitate SCP-5118.

SCP-682
Results:
This is the only instance of SCP-5118 changing form was when the entity encountered another SCP. Once SCP-5118 saw SCP-682 leaving the transportation cage after entering the island, SCP-5118 quickly changed color and slight changes to the entity's appearance happened within seconds. SCP-5118 changed from its typical coloration to bright red and dark reds, and black surrounds its body from its typical pastels and whites, SCP-5118's horns changed to be more backwards swept, with the entity's horns splitting to form a more antler-like appearance. SCP-5118 after its transformation flew up into the air and let out a bellowing roar of an estimated 50 dB that caused all on site staff and personnel to trigger a massive fear reflex, SCP-682 appeared to be trembling and fearful. Afterword's SCP-682 was immediately transported out of the site.

SCP-999
Results:
When SCP-5118 came into contact with SCP-999 the strangest out of all tests involving SCP's beginning with and continuing after began. Once contacting with SCP-999, SCP-5118 bowed towards SCP-999, and then speaking a language unknown to the foundation or linguist in contact with the foundation, with SCP-5118 ending the sentence with "my King." SCP-999 seemed particularly excited after SCP-5118 finished speaking.

SCP-1471
Results:
After showing SCP-5118 a picture of SCP-1471-A, the entity seemed to be confused. Speaking of how the creature reminds SCP-5118 of a "Friendly face corrupted to an evil dependency." After researchers explained what SCP-1471 would do to victims who use the software, SCP-5118 turned back and looked away from the researchers who were studying SCP-5118.

SCP-4715
Results:
Though SCP-4715 was never present in the island that SCP-5118 resides, researchers spoke of and showed depictions of SCP-4715. After SCP-5118 was shown the depictions of SCP-4715 commented saying how "It's another of those disgusting children from that 'thing.'" When the researchers asked who the "thing" was, SCP-5118 replied with "The thing is who created creatures… disgusting children of its own cruel nature, who created the demon that was born from war and others who will soon be vanquished from this world, to finally cleanse this mortal realm." Surprised the researchers ended their questioning there.

"Hmm… I am… intrigued, you may."
Dr. Wu:
"Alright then, let's start. (looks down at notepad) Where did you come from? Were you 'created' here on earth or are you alien in nature?"
SCP-5118:
"Hmm… I'm a being who was created before life took form on earth… before the celestial bodies took control of the empty vastness… I was with the world before the world… I was born with what you humans like to call the 'Big Bang' yes? Well that is my creator… my… mother… or father even."
Dr. Wu:
"Huh (with a confused but intrigued expression), interesting… do you know who or what is your creator?"
SCP-5118:
"I do not… he or she wasn't with me for my creation."
Dr. Wu:
"Oh… well do you know why you were 'created'? What is your purpose?"
SCP-5118
"I am the guardian of your world… of your existence… I slumber for years until a threat is growing near… and it's thirst for your destruction is near… I awaken when the world isn't capable of protecting itself."
Dr. Wu:
"So you're a protector of the earth? And you only wake up when a threat powerful enough is coming to destroy the earth, right?"
SCP-5118:
"Yes, this is my purpose for the lifespan of your world."
Dr. Wu:
"Well, you're awake, so what is 'near' and how powerful is it? And how long do we have left?"
SCP-5118:
"Hmm… two kings… rulers of another world… another dimension… they join together and attempt to destroy this world… when together they will be more powerful than anything ever encountered in this dimension… or any other… sadly time is not on our side… soon… soon they will attack and begin the alteration of this world… how soon though, is one that not even I will be able to predict."
Dr. Wu:
"… Well, I do have more questions but we'll end there… thank you for your cooperation SCP-5118."

Addendum 3 of 3: The existence and knowledge of SCP-5118 was discovered many years before its actually discovery in 1957. The entity's discovery and confirmation came much later in the early 2000's. However with recently discovered evidence, records show that SCP-5118 predates the earliest of civilization, with some depictions being in some of the oldest found cave drawings and paintings. The following brief is of a notable document of the original discovery of SCP-5118.

SCP-5118 original documentation discovery
Description:
The original discovery of SCP-5118 document was discovered in the ruins of a subterranean facility; age is still currently unknown. The structure is located near the border between Canada and the ocean surrounding Newfoundland. When entering the facility plant life coats the walls and floor of the facility, all forms of plant life stops after walking through the facility for seven minutes. The facility transforms from being a metal foundation to a pitch dark cave with limestone leading as a path further deep in the facility.
After six minutes of continued walking, paintings on the walls start to appear, with most being what seems to be SCP-5118 as either people or animals are seemingly bowing to the entity, giving SCP-5118 various items as possibly depicting worship to the entity. When nearing the end of the cave four paintings start to appear, two on each side, all four depict SCP-5118 battling unknown entities with strange bodily and facial features that are not recorded in the foundation's history or documents.
Each painting has different backgrounds, with being in some kind of settlement of some kind of ancient tribal writing, another depicts SCP-5118 battling an entity in what seems to space, with depictions of stars surrounding both entities. After these paintings lead to the end of the cave and then the facility, at the end of the cave is a light illuminating another painting.
The painting depicts a red humanoid creature, with protruding horns on the side of the entity's head, the creature has a long cloak covering its body not revealing legs or a lower body, the entity only has a large grinning mouth with a crown on the top of the entity's head. Coming from the top of the painting is a depiction of SCP-5118 flying over the red entity with what appears to be light surrounding the area around SCP-5118, at the bottom of the painting is a description reading "The fear has settled and blood starts to rain, for only one stands against our tyranny and pain, the one we need to save our selves, The Angel who guards our world."
