Special Containment Procedures: During the month of December, Foundation personnel are to patrol the area where SCP-XXXX events are common. Any British individuals attempting to pass through the area are to be redirected if possible. If SCP-XXXX is activated, Foundation personnel are to confiscate and destroy all video recordings of the incident, and witnesses are to be convinced that the event was non-anomalous in nature.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous phenomenon that takes place in Trenton, New Jersey. During the month of December¹, SCP-XXXX will manifest if either of the following conditions are met:

• An individual is displaying a Union Jack (either on clothing, or holding the flag)
• An individual speaks out loud with an English accent

When SCP-XXXX is activated, a humanoid entity (designated SCP-XXXX-1) resembling George Washington will manifest. SCP-XXXX-1 carries a flintlock pistol and a saber². When SCP-XXXX-1 locates the individual that triggered the anomaly, it will draw its pistol, and attempt to shoot the subject. SCP-XXXX-1 will then immediately exit the area, and demanifest. Any physical injuries sustained by the individual will disappear as well. Despite no injuries being visible on the subject, SCP-XXXX does leave evidence in the form of blackpowder residue.
