Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in an area that amounts to roughly ten (10) meters in all directions. SCP-XXXX's containment cell must be made of sturdy material suck as Iron or steel. All personnel must stay away from the door of SCP-XXXX's containment cell (It has a bad habit of trying to destroy it). SCP-XXXX's enclosure is to be equipped with a way of covering the area with a narcotic substance in case of an unauthorized humanoid entering the containment cell. SCP-XXXX is to be kept away from all humanoid SCP's. SCP-XXXX is to never be informed of where the other SCP's are held.
Description: SCP-XXXX is undefined in its shape. When inactive, SCP-XXXX resembles a 4 meter tall humanoid with deep red skin and a skull-shaped protrusion encompassing SCP-XXXX's head. When actively perusing a task, SCP-XXXX changes shape in order to accomplish said task. An instance of this happening was in a test involving a D-class personnel. D-606949 was put atop a 9 meter metal post with a platform large enough for them to sit on. SCP-XXXX formed appendages which ended in pincers that resembled that of a crab's in order to scale the pole. SCP-XXXX proceeded to mutilate D-606949 and destroy every organ excluding the heart. SCP-XXXX did not seem interested in any other part of the victim but their heart. SCP-XXXX will study the heart for an estimated 10 to 30 minutes before ingesting it. The remains of the D-class personnel have still to be located, as the remains seemingly vanished after the heart was ingested by SCP-XXXX. Methods of lethal force vary depending on the form SCP-XXXX takes while perusing its target.
When not hunting or examining hearts, SCP-XXXX will lay down in a fetal position and secrete a puddle of crimson liquid that resembles blood in both texture and appearance. Samples of said liquid were taken and have been observed to crystallize around biological material, effectively forming a cocoon around the matter. When SCP-XXXX creates this liquid, it wraps around their seemingly unconscious form and forms a cocoon roughly 3 meters in height and 1 meter in width. SCP-XXXX has shown that they are still capable of sensing humanoids within grabbing distance of their cocoon. SCP-XXXX will use the liquid to preserve any hearts they cannot observe or consume when hunting multiple humanoids. The liquid, as well as any cocoons it creates, are to be labeled as an instance of SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX seems to only be directed at killing mature humans, as one containment breach has demonstrated. SCP-XXXX escaped containment with the goal of killing SCP-████ after a D-class interviewer revealed their existence. After finding SCP-████'s containment cell, SCP-XXXX grew to 6 meters and increased their mass 5 times the normal amount to break down the door. Upon countering SCP-████, SCP-XXXX seemed confused as weather or not to attack SCP-2599 or not. SCP-XXXX was contained after roughly 5 minutes at staring blankly at SCP-████.
An interview is possible when SCP-XXXX is given a sufficient dose of carfentanil or narcotic substances of similar potency. One such interview showed that SCP-XXXX has intelligent thought and capability of speech, however it chooses not to speak unless sedated or in order to lure SCP-XXXX's target to them.

SCP-XXXX: What kind of prey is foolish enough to peruse the hunter?
Dr. Worrall: Is that how you view humans; prey?
SCP-XXXX: That depends; are you called humans?
Dr.Worrall: Yes, we are call-
SCP-XXXX: Yes, you are prey.
Dr.Worrall: Why do you hunt humans?
SCP-XXXX: It is my task. My purpose. My order.
Dr.Worrall: Who gave you this task?
SCP-XXXX: The Empress! She is all to me! If she desires me to hunt, then hunt I shall!
Dr.Worrall: What reason does-
SCP-XXXX: You DARE to question The Empress?! I should kill you this instant…(SCP-XXXX looks around briefly)… but not now. I feel weak. I can't kill you…Yet.
Dr.Worrall: Can you tell me who the Empress is? I would like to know who you have been ordered by.
SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX snarls at Dr.Worrall) She is perfect. She is, was, and always will be perfect.
Dr.Worrall: Very well.
SCP-XXXX: Wait. The small thing I saw last weak; what was it.
Dr.Worrall: That was SCP-████; they were a human child.
SCP-XXXX: It did no look like you. It was too…small. Those must be your eggs. Maybe that was why. You may leave now.

Doctors notes. From what SCP-XXXX said, they seem to have been given orders to rid the world of humans by this "Empress" figure. Human adults seem to be the only thing SCP-XXXX was ordered to kill, and explaining the idea of human children to SCP-XXXX was difficult to say the least.
