Subject is located using magnetic scanning, due to high concentration of a subtle metallic substance in bloodstream. The origin of said "Metal" is unknown as of date, and subject refers to the substance as "Galliuminum".
Subject states 'he' has found it truly unbreakable. Subject believes 'his' scales are a "Living" variant of said substance. No known atomic methods have scratched surface of provided sample given by subject.
Subject stands with upright posture, but has been seen to be able to assume a quadruped stance if necessary. Maximum height recorded has been approximately [REDACTED] and 4 inches, but has had a minimum of approximately [REDACTED] and 11 inches.
Note: Height was recorded after subject has disappeared and then been found roaming the area of reappearance.
Subject refers to self as "the last of his universe". No further evidence has been found on said "universe". Subject claims this 'Universe' was destroyed by a being the subject has named "The Disaster". No other subject has knowledge of said being.
Subject is covered in black scale-like structures and has been subjected to a multitude of tests to find breaking point for the atomically enhanced structures. No tests have yielded conclusive results as subject has regenerative capabilities. Every test for same result has resulted in false records. Subject states, "they adapt to what happens." Subject is known to have "periods of depression". Subject will refuse to eat or drink for up to three weeks during these periods. Subject can be heard howling as if calling to a loved one. Said howl has been recorded at approximately 483 Decibels inside subjects sealed quarters. Subject will seal these quarters before the howl is emitted, as to "not harm others".
Subject has a protective personality and will bond with certain individuals. these bonds result in subject defending individuals with force if necessary. Subject is also outwardly against killing.
Note: Subject has never taken a life for as long as subjects "scales" remain black, and his charisma is extremely well developed.
Subject has been sighted with red "scales" but refuses to speak on the matter. Subject is also able to produce a small flame from its palm when his "scales" are red. This fire has not been successfully measured due to the fact that the subject extinguishes it prior to testing. Subject retains information on an ability he calls [CLASSIFIED].
Subjects age is self stated to be roughly [CLASSIFIED], "give or take a few decades". Subject refuses to recount experiences due to a supposed traumatizing nature. Subject has also warned against mentioning the name, [REDACTED], and refuses to speak further when questioned further about [REDACTED]. Subjects horns emit steam when angered or irritated. Subject has exhibited extreme strength and speed, where endurance is moderate. Subject cannot be seen when using maximum speed. Subjects blood has been known to eliminate any illness up to Stage Four Liver Cancer. The antibodies of the liver is said to prevent its healing properties from enacting.
Subject has no known method of guaranteed containment. Subject seems to vanish and reappear at will in varying places. Subject claims to have knowledge of a place called [CLASSIFIED]. A handful of other contained subjects claim to know of said [Classified].
