Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5127 is to be kept in it's holding room in site ██, other objects should not be stored in the same space as 5127, nor should anything be placed on top of 5127. SCP-5127 should be kept under level 1 security. Although no attempts by 5127 to escape have been made, its door should not remain open for an extended period of time. SCP-5127 should be fed a meal of one doormouse, pre-killed and placed at its base by a D-class twice weekly. Refuse should be swept from its enclosure via a push broom, also done by a D-class. Staff should be monitored while alone in the room with SCP-5127 out of concern for their safety. There have been no noted negative health effects caused by prolonged exposure to SCP-5127.

Description: SCP-5127 is a 1.7 meter tall freestanding Pipe Organ, initially discovered in the back of an abandoned church in ███████, Ireland. The exterior of SCP-5127 appears to be comprised of a dark wood, which shows string signs of aging, including water damage severe cracking, and several loose panels. SCP-5127's wood is adorned with slight ornamentation. SCP-5127 has been estimated to be approximately 100 years old, and weigh 224 kilograms.
Initial examination of SCP-5127 indicated that something was moving inside of the organ, and a heavy sound reminiscent of heavy breathing could be heard. Following this, SCP-5127 was moved to site ██ for additional testing. A large number of animal bones were discovered at the base of 5127, primarily consisting of mouse, rat and feline specimens.
X-ray texting revealed the presence of a organic structure within the wooden exterior of SCP-5127. Cartilaginous ribs, muscle, organic tissue several large flat teeth and even a beating heart were discovered inside of 5127. Non-invasive tests were conducted on the wooden exterior of 5127, clouding that the exterior was also comprised of living cells, and a part of the same specimen.

Addendum: Report from Dr.███████, Incident report regarding SCP-5127, filed date: ██/██/████, Incident occurred
during routine feeding of SCP-5127. D-1457 attempted to place a mouse carcass at the base of 5127. Assessment determined that D-1457 had placed his hand directly in front of the feeding apparatus of 5127. D-1457's right hand was pulled into the bottom of SCP-5127, receiving major injury, consisting of several broken fingers, loss of blood and deformation of the hand. D-1457 described the feeling of his hand being crushed between a set of gears, assessed to be 5127's teeth. Amputation of the damaged appendage has been recommended.
