Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000 is to be placed into a reinforced 40m x 40m containment cell that is surrounded and reinforced by a 20m padded steel walls. Electric receptors placed every 3m surrounding the containment cell that will be activated upon wall breech at a maximum voltage of 7.5 million volts. If the volts prove to fail within a situation where SCP-4000 breeches beyond the cell doors Cell is to be under camera surveillance at all times and interaction with SCP-4000 must have level 3 clearance or higher.
