**Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5745 must be contained in an arctic facility with the temperature of no more than 10 degrees farenheit.
SCP-5745 must be contained in a comfortable but cold room with basic living necessities.
In the event of a breach the surrounding civilizations must be evacuated.
Description: SCP-5745 is a human male with half of their head covered in a cool blue layer of ice, It stands at 5 feet tall and extremely aggresive, freezing and killing personnel during it's anger outbursts.
SCP-5745 has a short temper and the power to freeze anything around it given enough moisture. If it uses this power too much than the temperature will invert and heat up due to the friction when SCP-5745 rubs it's hands together to deploy ice.
Addendum: SCP-5745 can be calmed with books and other such things but only for a while, most human contact aggravates it.
