Special Containment Procedures: Weather is to be constantly monitored by Foundation officials, if any events of weather is to happen, SCP-XXXX must be in his chamber until the event comes to a halt. If an event of weather happens that was not predicted, he must be rushed to his containment chamber to suffer the least amount of damage. Whichever site he is contained in at the time must feature acid resistant roofing as well as procedures of what to do in cases of events such as earthquakes, if an earthquake above the richtor scale of 3 takes place, special steps must be taken to ensure a containment breach does not happen because of it.

Special teams exist for the case of extremely severe weather for the swift repair of any parts of the facility damaged by such an event. SCP-XXXX at this point in time has fully cooperated with the Foundation's efforts, and is allowed to wander the facility at will, he is not to be given any access to other facility locations, but is allowed to participate in some recreational activities from time to time. SCP-XXXX has been described as very polite, and a comedic person, even befriending some workers at the facility.

Ever since Incident XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX's chambers material is to now be acid-resistant, and is to be monitored for any weakening of the room. There is to be minimal contact with SCP-XXXX, and restraining him has proven to be difficult due to his ability of controlling weather-like powers at will.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an average white male of somewhat Russian descent. The entity on a first glance has no anomalous properties, but has several extreme effects on the environment around him. Before being taken into Foundation custody, he was a weatherman for █████ on channel ██, his job was stable for █ years, but then anomalous events began occurring wherever SCP-XXXX was located, leading to his eventual capture by Foundation officials. He was reported to the Foundation by ████████ █ █████,his wife, on ██-█-███ in ██████, Russia.

All off SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects happen within a circle a mile in diameter, with SCP-XXXX at the center. SCP-XXXX transforms weather in his range, causing them to become a much more severe version of the condition, some proving to be quite deadly. Some weather effects observed to be altered include rain, snow, hail,storms, blizzards, earthquakes, and other conditions theorized to be changed also include volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, hurricanes, and many more. These effects appear to have both a physical and emotional toll on SCP-XXXX, but is very minor.

Example of the change in weather that takes place most commonly include rain being changed into acid rain, hail to a blizzard, lengthening blizzards, amplifying the magnitude of earthquakes, increasing frequency of lightning strikes during a storm, and snow to hail. SCP-XXXX was found to be at fault for the incidents of severe weather when one Foundation scientist noticed that when it was raining, one part was normal, one part was acid, and the part acid moved in accordance with SCP-XXXX.

The origin of these features are unknown, as well as what causes them, but the first recorded date of the anomaly is on █-██-████, again, reported by ████████ █ █████.

Incident XXXX-2: On █-██-████, after a short acid rain, the effect mentioned in SCP-XXXX's description of his anomalous properties of taking a toll on his physical and mental state has without warning been significantly amplified. Ever since then, SCP-XXXX has became completely uncooperative with the Foundation and all staff, and his previous permissions of being allowed to move about the facility has been revoked, and is to be in his new containment chamber at all times. He has now shown the ability of being able to control certain aspects of weather at will, and has expressed his hate for the Foundation. He has observed to be able to produce liquids such as snow, acid, and ice in whatever way or shape he wants out of his hand, and is resistant to his own abilities.
