This SCP is an incorporeal being resembling a roughly 16 y/o female. It has appeared in tens of instances in and around the major cities in Texas and California, with no correlation or pattern of time and particular places that they occur. When a target encounters the SCP, it grips their wrist lightly and immediately sprints away. If this encounter happens as the target is getting ready for bed the effects will begin immediately, but if the encounter happens in public and/or during the day it will begin to take affect in the evening, no later than midnight. The effects are as follows: A red rash begins to spread across the target's dominant arm, then across the other arm. The rash then spreads across the entire body, a process which takes about 2-3 minutes. This process usually kills the target shortly after the rash has covered their entire body, but some instances have resulted in survival with permanent scarring. Survivors usually become significantly more recluse, and contribute less to society. The SCP appears to have an incorporeal being and the running speed of a professional athlete, but apart from these, no super-human qualities. It claims to have a target list of approximately 800,000 people, compared to the amount of victims so far being 32.
