(WIP1) Those Who Spin Near Us

Class: Euclid

[Concept: Four probes that seem to communicate on low earth orbit (approx. 1 2██ km high). actual source of wow signal. they also talk about spinning and sleeping for reasons. it was possible to etablish text communication and 8-colour bmp files smaller than 64x64,¹ and lighter than 12kb 64kb. ]

[Protocol: use a anti-wave system that basically insulates the transmission of the probes; set the frequency on which they send waves as illegal to use the signal's frequency after the wow signal incident. on date that the wow signal is sent, the bruising equipment has a failure for 72 seconds , transmission goes on in meantime : wow signal received, it's too late and the foundation can't launch a disinformation campain due to the time it takes for them to hear that it was indeed received.

instead they hide it , notably with a comet theory. they're failing to hide it at this time due to the fact actual scientists uninformed of the foundation's existence are disproving that comet theory etc etc lazy. i'll do that some day; leading to the only delayable fact that WIP-#### will have to become public.]

[Concept:metro-ish underground world , technology is considered as a currency (most commonly batteries) and every 48 hours a group of WIP-4###-α humanoids [DATA EXPUNGED] . observed organs are rot. i have the file wrote on paper but im lazy to find it right now]

Protocol: WIP-4### is on Site-███ , located in Storage Containment Area-017 . Testing the object requires Security Clearance Level 3.
Further testing requires O5 Approval after Incident-4###-2.

Incident-4###-001
On ██/11/200█ , a "patrol" of 6 "scouts" and what seems to be a android made out of old materials that claims to be part of WIP-4###-1-014 have left by unknown means WIP-4### , quickly followed by a group of 12 WIP-4###-α . Security personnel have terminated the WIP-4###-α instances with 27 casualities, of which 4 deaths and 16 major casualities.
The group of WIP-4###-1-014 scouts are held in temporary foundation custody and will be interviewed.

The WIP-4###-1-014 android is held in indeterminate foundation custody , and , if possible, interviewed and examinated.
The decision concerning wether putting the patrol back in WIP-4### or not is pending and under Ethical Commitee's review.

This is the only time an instance of WIP-4###-α has managed to quit WIP-4### , the third time an instance of WIP-4###-1 has made contact with the outside world, and the first time an instance of WIP-4###-1 has managed to quit WIP-4###.
