Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX shall be contained in a standard 12 square meter (12 m2) room with one medium sized window showing vegetation (The absence of this window can almost certainly lead to a containment breach.). The room should be equiped with a bed, and a new book every week. The last one isn't a containment need but an investigation one as SCP-XXXX won't collaborate as long as it doesn't have a new book once a week.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a sapient humanoid entity of 2.5 m that resembles a normal human with pitch black horns resembling the ones of a goat in shape and black hair with a single white stripe in it. Light shined on its thorns seems to be absorbed as even with a powerful light shining on them they still are pitch black. It is of unknown sex as in a close inspection it doesn't have any genital organs.
After an investigation conducted by Dr. Howard on the body of the SCP, it could be noticed that it doesn't have any organs when put on x-rays, just a hole inside its body, about in the position where a human would have its stomach, the size of a child's head. His body is also not made of organic muscles, but of carbon compacted fiber, resulting in its mass being 250 kg. It does have a nervous system which is hypothesised to be in its full control.
SCP-XXXX doesn't have the need to eat or drink, but it has been seen eating food at the beginning of the containment.
Humans that stay prolonged periods of time at a distance of maximum 2 km of SCP-XXXX age at a much slower rate than usually and their pshysical abilities are enhanced even though the physical body doesn't change. People killed by SCP-XXXX develop horns and are healed of any wounds or diseases they had, and after going through a 3 day physical change they transform into SCP-XXXX versions. SCP-XXXX claims it can do this only to 12 people at a time, meaning only other 12 versions of SCP-XXXX can exist at the same time.
SCP-XXXX can create any object at its will. It's unknown from where or how these objects are created as it seems that SCP-XXXX can create atoms out of nothingness. SCP-XXXX can't create phrases (It can't create "something to terminate SCP-XXXX), it can only create actual objects it can imagine.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was first encountered by Foundation staff in 1921 after the reports of a town in Ireland where people started to get abnormaly strong and age at a much slower rate than usually. The Foundation staff launched an investigation in the town and in the nearby area, containing the people in the town in a provisional containment area.
Around two weeks after the beginning of the containment, on ██/██/1921, Dr. Howard Abbey along with a group of staff encountered a cave in the hills around the town. Starting a cave exploration with 4 armed guards staying close behind they noticed that the walls were almost perfectly smoothed, making the impression that the cave was actually man-made. Arriving 50 meters deep into the cave they reached the end of it where there was a throne made of stone with SCP-XXXX seemingly sleeping on it. Besides the throne there was a sword, 30 cm wide and 1.8 m long with the edges of the sword being black. When Dr. Howard stepped once more toward it, SCP-XXXX woke up looking at Dr. Howard. The SCP got up and looked down at the staff and Dr. Howard before he took up its sword and started speaking.
After the first incident SCP-XXXX agreed to follow Dr. Howard to a truck with which it was transported to the most nearby Foundation site. The guard was now named SCP-XXXX-A and contained in the same site with the same containment procedures.
The people in the town were observed to be returning to normal humans after SCP-XXXX was transported to the site. They were given amnestics and put under observation.
Addendum 1: Incident Fehu - 1
On October 10th 1921, SCP-XXXX breached containment.
A few months after SCP-XXXX was transported to Site-XX into a 12 m2 concrete cell without any windows, the SCP breached containment by "punching a hole through the wall" proceeding to roam around the facility.

10:00: SCP-XXXX is seen through the cameras in the containment cell sitting on the ground.
10:01: SCP-XXXX proceeds to stand up and touch the walls of the cell and knocking on them
10:06: SCP-XXXX puts its ear on the wall that has the door to the hallway.
10:10: SCP-XXXX punches the wall. The reinforced concrete wall cracks and starts to break down as it leaves a hole big enough for SCP-XXXX to go through.
10:11: The site staff and site director are alerted of the situation.
10:14: High-level state of emergency is declared guards are dispatched to every SCP cell door in the facility guarding them.
10:15: Guards with penetration bullets and sleeping darts are dispatched towards SCP-XXXX which is seen to roam around the halls ignoring personel, seemingly searching for something.
10:20: Guards surround SCP-XXXX in the hallway and order it to go back to its cell.
10:21: SCP-XXXX ignores the guards and walks towards them. The guards proceed to shoot the sleeping darts which seem to have no effect. The guards proceed to shoot two of the penetration bullets but they are deflected by its muscles.
10:23: Dr. Howard arrives at their location and stands in front of the SCP.
10:27: SCP-XXXX returns to its cell going through the hole in the wall and sits on the bed. Guards are dispatched with special made corrosive bullets to guard the SCP untill the new cell is prepared.

Since Incident Fehu - 1 every cell in which SCP-XXXX is contained must have a medium sized window that can't be opened with sight to a small interior courtyard with vegetation. Since Incident Fehu - 1 there have been no more containment breaches of SCP-XXXX
Addendum 2: Incident Fehu 2 - SCP-XXXX - A
This document regards the guard attacked by SCP-XXXX upon its discovery. As mentioned in its discovery document, the guard would almost immediately show anomalous behaviour.
Right after the anomalous symptoms started to take effect, the body of the guard proceeded to undergo changes in its core composition.

At Dr. Howard's demand SCP-XXXX-A was given amnestic treatment but because of its body composition it didn't take effect. In a further document it is mentioned by Dr. Howard that the transformation nullifies any amnestic treatment previously given to SCP-XXXX copies.
