Item #: SCP-4598

Object Class: Safe/Potential Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4598 and it's instances are to be contained in a large, office/accountant-styled steel room, with different rooms within, and having accessible food, and technology like computers.

Level 3 clearance is available to personnel and testing. Its room can be also a fallout shelter, due to its strong steel that SCP-4598 and it's instances somehow manifest through. SCP-4598 and its instances are free to roam Facility Site-64 if it asks politely.

Description: SCP-4598 appears to be an entity in the form of the Sanrio kawaii character, Retsuko. Further testing shows that SCP-4598's physical shape is part of its body, and its personality is the same as in its original show. SCP-4598 has shown to be cooperative with personnel, but if not, it will, quote, be in a state of cringe or being uncomfortable.

SCP-4598 will occasionally go into a stage of rage but calms down not long after. SCP-4598 can speak Japanese and English.

SCP-4598 has several, quote "co-workers" amongst it, which are characters of its original show, including the characters of Fenneko, designated as SCP-4598-2, and Haida, designated as SCP-4598-3.

What is strange about SCP-4598 is how an unknown source of force somehow makes it, quote, "immortal", but at the moment, the Foundation cannot determine, since past incidents had either SCP-4598 or it's instances injured.

SCP-4598 and it's instances were first brought to the attention of the foundation after reports of, quote, "''kawaii-shaped things''" in a small town called [REDACTED], located in California. Reports claim they were wandering around forests, and at the time of the investigation, they had, quote, a "man-made" underground bunker.

SCP-4598 and it's instances were interviewed by Junior Researcher Dr. Jones, during its initial discovery. However, Dr. Jones does not want this interview, quote, spread, across the Foundation, so it is held to a limit number of doctors and researchers.
