Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-01 is to be kept within a container measuring 1m x 1m x 1m constructed out of UL 752 Level 10 Ballistic glass. The container is to be kept in Reinforced Large over-sized humanoid containment with a camera, microphone and speaker installed. Entrance to the cell is given only to personnel with Level 3 clearance or higher with permission from Researcher Kells. All interactions with SCP-XXXX-2 are strictly limited to Site Director or Researcher Kells.

All personnel operating on Site XX are to be tested bi-annually for any signs of mental intrusion or outside influence. Any knocking or shouting originating from the cell is to be immediately reported to Site Director and any attempts to investigate from unauthorized personnel are to be met with non-lethal force.

In the event that SCP-XXXX-2 manifests Mobile Task Force Rho-15 "Toraja's Guard" is to be mobilized and prepped for possible containment breach while Researcher Kells is to be prepped for negotiation with SCP-XXXX-2.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a skull that matches no known organism¹ roughly one (1) meter in height. It is constructed of a high density unknown crystalline material. SCP-XXXX-1 is prone to outbursts of high-velocity plasmoids occasionally, the lowest rate of outburst is three (3) per day and the highest recorded rate is thirty-two (32) per day. The energy of ejected plasmoids have been recorded between twelve (12) joules of energy and ████████ ████████ (██,███) joules of energy.

SCP-XXXX-2 is a humanoid entity approximately 4 meters in height with SCP-XXXX-1 functioning as the head. The entity's "body" is constructed entirely out of plasma and water vapor extracted from the atmosphere and kept together by unknown forces. Entity refers to itself as "Klaan'an, Herald of [MEMETIC HAZARD EXPUNGED]"

Manifestation of SCP-XXXX-2 occurs once every 29.5 days in conjunction with the new moon phase. The reason why manifestation occurs on these days is still currently being researched.

After manifestation entity will request certain objects or materials for unknown purposes. These can range from thirty (30) kilos of Spanish mackerel to the International Space Station (ISS)² When demands are met entity proceeds to cover the object in mist/plasma cloud where object anomalously disappears from all current Foundation means of detection. All attempts to track objects have met with failure.

Overwatch Command and Site XX had been receiving corroborating evidence of a cult operating around the North Sumatra area of Malaysia. Implanted foundation agents reported the group was going by the name "Order of the White Jester" (Hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-A) and was becoming increasingly active and violent in its yet unknown goals.

The Foundation was prompted into action after Incident 20██-812-399 where SCP-XXXX-A attacked several major cities including █████████, ██████ and ████ to a lesser degree.
